Have always had a great experience at this particular location, here in Hueytown Alabama. The staff is very friendly and will... very easily make an impact on ya. We order from there at least once a week. Their $10 taste maker "Chicken Bacon and BlackOlives" or "Chicken Bacon and Mushrooms" on hand tossed with BBQ sauce are to die for. One star is too many. I Ordered on line: Pizza , brownie and two liter Pepsi at 4pm. At 4:20pm Robert the manager called and... said they did'nt have Pepsi. I said OK Dr. Pepper will be fine. Robert (mgr) said your Pizza is on the way. I live 1.5 milesfrom the Pizza Hut. It should been here in five minutes maximum. After multiple calls, at 5:20pm I get customer service (outof town). I tell them I don't want a pizza that has been riding in the car for an hour. I ask them to refund my credit card.Before the refund is complete , the phone call was cut off. I eventually get back in contact with Robert (mgr) and get myrefund. I've learned my lesson. I'll call Papa John's next time. Read more
Really doesn't get any worse. Tried them 2 years ago when I moved out here and had worst experience ever. Tried again this past... weekend and after the contacted my delivery out to door dash they kept taking forever to make it and over 3 dashers took theorder and then canceled. 40$ Order had a 10$ tip on it and I eventually just called and canceled and drove to Arby's for food. Ordered 3 large pizzas & cheese sticks. Cheese sticks were burnt and so was the large cheese pizza, the supreme wasn?t done-it... was floppy and burnt on top. Spent over $60 for lousy pizza. Read more
Absolute Tracy the food was late by over an hour for a carry out and it was wrong to begin with while the employees went outside... with a strange man to place ?orders? with him just like every other place in Hueytown a waste of time and money Read more
