Ordered the 2/$5 deals for chili cheese wraps. My wife said these were ok. I got the jumbo popcorn chicken. I could barely find... any chicken. The breading had a good flavor but was just a bit overdone. Waited FOREVER! Come to find out, on a Saturday nightthey had ONE EMPLOYEE working. He was doing all he could do. Only needed a lemonade but didn't have to wait and their lemonade is delicious. I forgot to tell them to hold the ice though.... Their lemonade is so cold, eliminating ice isn't noticable and gives you more to drink. Thank you for this good experience atyour location. Read more

The sandwiches was warm after we waited for over 30 minutes. The fries and tots was cold we gave them back for fresh ones. Nope... they redropped the fries and tots gave them back to us hard as a brick. I do not plan on visiting this sonics no time soon. Ohmy wife sandwiche was not correct. After waiting so long without any concerns on our time we just left. No communication notproperly trained. Cashier handling her personal money, went to her car had a smoke and came back without washing her hands. Read more

I don't usually have bad experiences here, but yesterday, I placed an order through the drive thru, and a female associate came... out to the car, took my card and ran it through the card reader that is on the outside of the building. A few minutes afterthat, a male associate named Brandon came out and said that my card didn't take. I showed him on my bank account where thecharge for the meal was pending, so he asked me to wait until I got up to the window to see if it goes through. Once I got up tothe window, another individual home I presume to be the manager, told me that it did not go through on his system and, aftermuch debate, convinced me to let them run my card again. I showed them at that time that there were now TWO charges pending onmy account. I knew something was wrong with that, but both of them assured me that one of the pending charges would somehow dropoff. Well, this is why they work at Sonic and not at the bank. Both charges went through, so I've been charged twice for thesame order. This is very irritating. Please make sure the card-reading equipment functions properly, and that your associatesare trained properly. Read more

This is my very first ?one star? post ?. I am very disappointed at this place, maybe they were short handed or what, but this... evening was just atrocious!!! My husband and I knew Fridays are the busiest, but ugh!!!!! We only wanted milkshakes and insteadof going through the drive thru , we pulled in to park and order our food?lo and behold this young lady came on as if she didn?twant to serve us ..maybe she was tired ?.maybe not ?either way she should have tried to been a little more professional insteadof being a hood rat !!! First , she claimed she couldn?t hear us , she came out with a funky attitude, gotten our orders andLEFT?..We waited for a long time before we decided to damn just leave!!! Come on Sonic!!! Not busy at all, one car parked under awning & 3 behind us to order. After sitting at speaker for at least 10 minutes with NO... attention whatsoever we decided to pull up to window being that we didn't want anything cooked still no service. Sat there for15 minutes noticing that employees took the orders of the cars behind us...totally ignoring us as we made multiple attempts toget their attention. So very disappointing of this Sonic to behave and treat us as if we were invisible and our money wasworthless. This will not happen again and how I know it won't is because I will not bother them with my money. I will goelsewhere. Had such a high opinion of this establishment in the past!! Read more
