This is by far one of the worst fast food restaurants in Hueytown, AL. The inside is always closed (unclean when open) & you'll... wait 15+ minutes to get anyone on the speaker for the drive through (if you wait that long.) They are continuously out ofpopular menu items (beef, lettuce, cheese) & do not offer substitutes. They will deny an order for cravings box simply becausethey are out of the boxes. The service is absolute trash. Employees are rude & very unprofessional. They should close thislocation permanently. Bessemer is maybe an extra 15 minute drive, is properly stocked, has friendly/fast service & food is good. Read more
We usually eat at TB once a week. We enjoy it. I am glad the Mexican pizza is back!! The frozen Mango Whip is quite good!!
Of course, the food is good, but the wait time is ridiculous. I've only been to this location 2 maby 3 times, hoping for a... change, but I was always waiting AT LEAST 20 minutes just to order and another 10 to 15 just to receive my order. I wouldn'trecommend anyone stopping by this location for a "Quick bite" because it won't be "Quick" lol!! Read more
Food was horrible and the Lettuce looked disgusting. I think the photo speaks for itself. Never going there again.
Awful!! Stale taco shells for the dorito taco, paid for extra meat on the Mexican pizza and didn?t get it. And customer service... stinks. I tried to call before leaving this review to give them a chance to fix it but they wouldn?t answer the phone. Shouldhave rated it zero stars . So disappointed. Read more
Was NOT ready for business at 9am as advertised. Also did NOT have any steak ready for the delicious crunchwrap breakfast combo... which is the reason I go to Taco Bell in the mornings in the first place! Extremely frustrated!!!???? Read more
My daughter came by to see me tonight around 8:30 - 9:30ish, and had me some Taco Bell being delivered to where I was before she... left and Taco Bell was no more than 2-3 minutes away from where I was. However, I can't rely on this particular TB being theactual location where my Dasher picked my order up from, but this was the closest, so excuse that part. Anyway, my daughterordered me the Mexican Pizza Meal that included a Mexican Pizza, two Taco Supremes, along with a drink (I substituted the drinkfor a Baja Blast 'Icee" - not sure of the correct name). During my delivery, the first thing I noticed was my "Icee'' wasliterally half full and when I say "half", that's really kinda pushing it. I took out my food and the two Crunchy Taco Supremesended up being two regular crunchy tacos, which was cold and the shells were stale. After my two tacos, I was so anxious for my"hot" Mexican Pizza but that quickly and easily turned into a huge disappointment. I promise you, this Mexican tasted nothinglike a Mexican Pizza and I honestly can't even explain the taste. I don't know...what I do know is that it didn't taste anythinglike a Taco Bell, Mexican Pizza and it was cold as well. The entire meal seemed like it had sat out all day and my '' Icee"seemed as if it was sipped on all day and it was the last one in the store, so they rushed and threw the lid on it, taped astraw to the lid, then sent it out with the rest of the meal.
