I was able to sample just about everything in the menu. Oh. My. Goodness. I cannot wait to go back for some more ribs. Hands... down the BEST ribs I have had in my entire life. And I have judged a rib competition before. The wings and loaded potato skinswere also amazing, but the ribs stole the show for me. Read more

Hired Chef to cater a family reunion and was blown away! Had a variety of smoked meats and sides and everyone ate until they... were full (and then a little more) and had plenty of leftovers. Hands down some of the best BBQ! Chef arrived on time with hisawesome smoker trailer and got to work. Food was served right from the smoker which was so fun. Larry himself is the kindestperson and incredibly humble. He took the time to chat with our group, crack some jokes, and thank everyone. You really don?tneed to look any further for your caterer! Chef Hot Hands catered my family event and it was AMAZING! Everyone loved the food (even the kids) and the service was perfect.... The brought a smoker trailer and served food fresh from the smoker. We did hot dogs, chicken, ribs, potato salad, beans andsmoked Mac n cheese. Highly recommend everything we ordered. I?ve also had food from the cafe in Hugo and always great qualityand delicious!
