I was able to sample just about everything in the menu. Oh. My. Goodness. I cannot wait to go back for some more ribs. Hands... down the BEST ribs I have had in my entire life. Hired Chef to cater a family reunion and was blown away! Had a variety of smoked meats and sides and everyone ate until they... were full (and then a little more) and had plenty of leftovers. Hands down some of the best BBQ! Chef arrived on time with hisawesome smoker trailer and got to work. Food was served right from the smoker which was so fun. Larry himself is the kindestperson and incredibly humble. He took the time to chat with our group, crack some jokes, and thank everyone. You really don?tneed to look any further for your caterer! Chef Hot Hands catered my family event and it was AMAZING! Everyone loved the food (even the kids) and the service was perfect.... The brought a smoker trailer and served food fresh from the smoker. We did hot dogs, chicken, ribs, potato salad, beans andsmoked Mac n cheese. Highly recommend everything we ordered. I?ve also had food from the cafe in Hugo and always great qualityand delicious! Ordered and paid 2 dinners online, for pickup at 6. When I got there Chef Hot Hands was closed, no one answered the door or... phone. I paid for a dinners I never received. I would never hire them for a catering job. I do hope there?s a goodexplanation but this has happened twice. Last time they called me right away and refunded my money. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Larry NEVER disappoints. Honestly, the best food I?ve had. No matter what he?s cooking up, I know it?ll be... tasty, fresh, and I?ll always come back for more! We?ve tried everything from his Salisbury steak to creamy chicken to birratacos and loved every bite of them all. His prices are extremely reasonable for the size of each meal and the quality of theingredients. You can literally taste the freshness and you just KNOW it was made from scratch with so much attention to eachaspect of the meal. YUM! Chef Hot Hands catered an event I attended. The food was amazing! There was creativity and love put into the menu - the food was... well prepared and delicious. I would describe the menu as gourmet soul food. Chef is friendly: greets people with a smile,answers questions about the food, welcoming. He is also a very talented chef. Highly recommend. ????????
