First, when you call this location they find it beneath themselves to answer their own phones apparently. You are directed to a... Domino's call center that takes forever to pick up. Secondly, when I was finally able to talk to someone at the call center theycouldn't give me the information I needed. So they graciously transferred me to the actual store where I could talk to someoneto see when my last order was. When I spoke to the person on the phone he lied to me and said that there was no order therepreviously. I knew that wasn't true but I thought whatever and said goodbye. Then this jerk just slammed the phone down withoutsaying goodbye. Great location! I'm looking to spend more of my money that I earn from a job that I can't stand at this place.It is not worth the effort to try and order a pizza from this location. Especially when there are better Pizza places aroundthis area. Read more
Solid. While some may dog on Domino?s or other chain pizza delivery options ? this one has been top notch. Fast, efficient, and... always on-time or early. We love all sorts of pizza, including other Neapolitan venues here in the Twin Cities. But there?s aplace and time for all sorts of pizza and I wouldn?t compare them. Domino?s has arguably the best app and built-in couponexperience, including the pizza tracker and SMS alerts, of any pizza chain. Read more
I ordered my food and the app said it was delivered. Nobody showed up and when I called the store in Hugo, I asked them where my... order was and they had no clue. I was upset and "Jack" who was supposedly the Manager said he didnt know where the order was. Hethen said it was ridiculous that I was upset because it was a 23.00 order. He said he would remake my order for "FREE" like hewas doing me a favor. He didn't try to make it right besides remake my order for "FREE". This is the worst customer service Iever received. Would never recommend this store. Read more
Ordered at 9:35 pm with what I thought was a 35 min delivery time according to what it said online, the pizzas were in "Quality... Check" by 9:41 pm but they weren't delivered until 10:25 pm....not sure what happened but im not impressed by how long it tookjust to get 2 pizzas delivered. Read more
I haven't ordered pizza from Domino's in years. There are several pizza places closer to my home. However, I seen the commercial... for the new Cheeseburger pizza and the Taco pizza. They sounded good so I called and ordered...I am so glad that I did. Theperson that answered the phone was pleasant and I had my pizzas in about 35 minutes. We had one large Cheeseburger & 1 largeTaco pizza. THEY WERE FANTASTIC... THANKS GUYS.. .WE LOVED THEM....You have our business back...???????????????? Read more
Unfortunately quality of product and delivery has been very inconsistent the last few months. We have received pizza with... cheese mostly on one side of the pizza, too much sauce and extremely thin crust in places making it inedible. You guys haverocked it for years but we will be taking a break and try again later. Read more
