The encounter was on Friday, 5/20/22 just before 5pm. The shorter caucasian server saw that there was barely enough tuna in the... bowl for my sandwich, verbally said ?we?re out of tuna?, but instead of getting a new one, she swiped at the empty bowl aridiculous number of times. ???? I asked her about it and she said I got my two scoops so that?s that. More like two half scoopsbut I digress. This isn?t even about the tuna but the way I was treated with barely concealed contempt for even asking. This washonestly the first time a subway employee didn?t go out of their way to be fair/nice to me. But that?s my fault for going inthere with gym clothes right?! ??????????? Stopped in this evening, said hello to the two employees and was completely ignored. No eye contact, no greeting what so ever by... either of them while I waited for one to put on his gloves. I ended up changing my mind on ordering and walked out. Why the hellwould I spend money at a place that can?t even say, hello, to a customer. Thinking there is a great opportunity for a manager orowner to help their staff understand the importance of good customer service. Plenty of other choices out there. Read more
First and last time I?ll order from here. It looks like someone stepped on my sandwich, it?s barely put together.
My sub tasted delicious. Bread was fresh tasting. The fixings were fresh too. But the sub was a 6 inch but it seemed smaller.
I like Subway but I don't eat processed meat, so I order the vegetable sub and it's fantastic. Fresh, light and hits the spot... every time. Lately, I noticed that sandwich makers are not filling my sandwich with vegetables. Often, I get it back with hardlyany veggies on it, just a loaf of bread. So now I always have to watch them and ask for more lettuce, more tomatoes, peppers,etc.Then I have a sub! Read more
I went to this location yesterday. There was a younger guy with red hair who promptly greeted me. I was very impressed with... his customer service skills and it was so nice to be treated like I treat people every day at my job. After a long day, it wasnice to end on a positive note. The ladies that were working there were really great and very accommodating when making the sandwich into half and half type of... sandwich. One of the ladies that was stocking chips was very friendly as I talked to her just a bit. ???????????? The food tastefresh and we enjoyed it at a booth! I was so excited to eat on in public again.
