Braum's products sells itself.. Braum's have the best policy when it comes to their freshness in their food.... Customer service... could be a lot better... Someone needs to teach some of the workers how to interact with the public including people ofdifferent color example black people... And how to put more love in what they do... Example not to give somebody a cup of icecream that's running all over the cup... Are a hamburger that look like It"s been throwed up in the air and wrapped up.. coldfrench fries.... Messy looking food when you get it... Not very appealing... You definitely don't want to eat it.. Read more
The service was good but the food that I ordered wasn?t that good. The chicken strips ere small and hard. I don?t think it was... worth paying for the food we got. The food wasn?t very hot either nor very warm for that fact. I don?t exactly recommend ifyou?re getting chicken strips lol but the burgers are pretty good. Read more
Went in to get a bag of burgers to go with no ketchup drove 16 miles home only to find this mess when I opened the bag! Looks... to me like it was intentional! Least I know which Braums to stay away from! Read more
Very clean, very nice clientele, polite staff - but they are understaffed (this is the ONLY reason I am only giving 4 stars).... It's unfortunate because it causes quite a long wait to order ice cream, but they are doing the best they can!! If I'm ever inHugo, OK again I'll be stopping by! Read more
