Messed up the whole order, first they charged me for 2 drinks so I had to give them my card and was told to pull up and wait and... the manager was having a hard time figuring out how to refund me then when I opened my burger it was made with mayo and I justordered it regular which means Ketchup and and mustard. After waiting an extra 15 mind wasn't even compensated with winteringfree orn even an apology. The food was decent, typically McDonald's food. Also thr app takes for ever to load so u can never usemy coupons and rewards, I was s told the app always takes forever to open so that needs to be fixed and so does this McDonald'sbc they always have huge wait times with few ppl in line. I do not understand how this place even still gets business. Drive over 45 miles to get to a nearby McDonald?s and it is NEVER a... good experience. Breakfast/lunch/dinner doesn?t matter the shift. This is the worst McDonald?s I have been too. I went in one time and they messed my food up and I told them about it and they... all had the biggest attitude with me. My husband had to go back and get a attitude with them just so they can fix it. Theyalways have a attitude when I come in. Always so rude. They've gotten a little slow, and staff is less than desirable. Not too friendly, almost act as if you're in their way.
Meal was the usual: double quarter pounder with cheese. But for dessert, the caramel sundae made the trip!
Very unprofessional. Staff is slow and very rude. Last time I went a customer and employee was screaming and cussing at... eachother in the drive through. By the time I made it to order they was already mad and was very hateful with me. Everything Igo it's always bad service very very slow. Employees has no speed..morning Staff is better.
