Tuesday night buffet used to be a favorite of the family. We went tonight for the first time in several weeks. We were very... disappointed in the whole experience. They had LIVE entertainment.....a guy singing using his phone, a microphone and speaker.It was extremely loud. Entertainer was not too bad but we had to immediately ask them to have him turn it down. Maybe he didbut it was still overwhelmingly loud! It was not pleasant at all in such a small space. The lettuce (both containers) werebrown and wilted....even mushy. None of the vegetables that used to make this the best salad bar in town were close to beingfresh. They did put out fresher lettuce when I asked which is the only reason they got 2 stars. Please bring back the peaceful,family oriented atmosphere and fresh veggies! And yes, I realize this is only one person's opinion but I just had to voice it! Read more
The food was not made right and by the time it got here my kids was hungry so they just ate it anyways. The apple pizza was... burnt and they forgot the frosting on top of it. They definitely need to learn to do better. Read more
Staff were arguing when I entered the restaurant. Drive-through customers seem to be treated with preference over walk-ins.... Price charged is higher than what is listed/displayed. Staff overall could be friendlier. A drink was not included whenpurchasing a medium sized pizza for ~$16! Waiting time was approximately 20 minutes. Baker had a friendly smile and was nice. Read more
Twice I have tried ordering from this store. The two times I have been met with a rude person either on the phone or in person.... The last time I tried ordering over the internet, after I was all done it said sorry you can not place an order at this time. SoI went in. Immediately met with opposition. Get nicer people or get out of town. Your manager needs to be replaced too. Thecoupon on your website says 19.95. HONOR IT! And don't get hostile with your customers you will not last long in a town of5,000 people. Read more
