I came to the store yesterday morning as I do every morning for coffee. I love this store for the most part. However yesterday... morning is there was a blonde girl with a ponytail who was degrading this odor very very sweet woman saying that she owed money.Apparently The Night the Lights Went Out Here and how the lady was getting two coffees and gave the woman a 20. This was adifferent woman I believe it might have been the manager of the shift manager who was very nice and gave the woman the $20 backthe register with no open to give her the change so if she gave her the whole 20 and said here his two free coffees. When thewoman went in there today to get a coffee all she had was a $10 bill and couldn't even afford to get the second coffee becausethe woman that was working the whole ten and said well you owe us $6. Worst service I have ever experienced in Dunkin Donuts. I asked for a simple mocha and they gave me black coffee with espresso.... I asked for regulaochw they said it is black mocha. They don't even know the basic recipe of hot mocha. I don't understand this.Suggestion to the Management people: please make sure the employees know the recipes. Read more
