Good meal - except onion rings are some reconstituted onion and were over fried.... Clean, nice staff.

Do not order the mozzarella sticks from this location. I'm not sure what this is, but it definitely doesn't look like mozzarella... cheese to me... I contacted corporate about it and they said the store manager would contact me about it. Never heard back fromthem, so I guess they don't care if I share this. Read more
Last time I will ever eat here again. Gave it 1 more shot and never again. Food ALWAYS cold, cheese isn't even melted. Orders... wrong everytime, everytime. The guy handed me my drink out the window and I had to put the lid on because he had to check hisphone. Horrible, it doesn't deserve 1 star. Read more
Anything but FAST food. 6pm on a Friday, had to wait half an hr in the drive through. Not sure what the hold up was, but would... have chosen McDonald's across the street if I knew I was going to get stuck in this line all night. Food was consistent withother BKs. Read more
What else can I say other than it's a quick stop for a simple burger. Sometimes you just want a little junkfood-burger and a... basic cheeseburger here scratches that itch. This is by far the worst BK in the HKA area. The customer service is horrible, they are always out of almost all sauces you want... and the food is half warm. This is the 3rd time in a row I have been here and they are out sauce, why not tell me that when I?mordering so I know if I even want to order my food. They make you feel rushed to order and after every one item you are asked isthat it... no, i have more than just one person in the truck. Save yourself the headache and frustration and go elsewhere.
