I love their burgers. The person who took my order either misunderstood me or I didn't hear her correctly. I only wanted the... burger with cheese and not the full meal. Instead she only gave me the burger without lettuce and tomatoes, so I turned aroundand went thru the drive thru and Informed her I wanted the burger only, but with everything on it, she happily apologized andgave me everything on it. We to the drive thru today and was amazed with the service I was given! 2 young men were working the line and they got my order... correct on the 1st try, didn't have to repeat anything and it was a big order.. they were very friendly and polite. Burger King on Richmond Avenue is the worst that I have been to. They take no pride in making your breakfast sandwiches right. ... They are all smashed and the sausage is always burnt. The one in Conroe on 105 is AWESOME. Read more

I just can't. The fries be alright but I can't. This feels worse than drinking alone. No really. You are just another car when... you go here through the drive thru. No greeting, confirmation of my order. My money deserves better service and so do I. Read more
