This place has been here for the longest time. The impossible whopper is my go to item. No Mayo, no cheese. They even cook it... well done if asked. They'll add an extra patty if I'm feeling extra gluttonous which I appreciate. The employees are minimumwage employees so as long as they're not unnecessarily rude, I let it go. I empathize with the struggle of minimum wage notbeing raised for over 10 years. French toast sticks and fries are the other only plant based items on the menu. Can we just makethis one %100 vegan? Bought a burger drove home which is 5 minutes away and my burger was colder than ice. I called a few times just to complain.... After a 10 hour shift I did not have the energy to go back and get my order redone. This is the second time with an issue withthis Burger King, but im finally done will never spend another dime here. Don't come here, bad service. Asked what I ordered 4 times. Messed up ordered twice. Slapped cold cheese on top of the veggies... inside the burger didn't bother to melt it. Burger was overall nasty and on top off that they over charged me ???????????????? Read more
I ordered the new Cheesy Toasted Sausage Breakfast Melt through the drive thru. Save yourself an unhappy outcome and go... somewhere else. The bread wasn?t toasted and it had 1 small piece of cheese on it. So, it wasn?t toasted?wasn?t cheesy andwasn?t melted. Couldn?t even eat half of it?soggy mess with no flavor. Read more

Half the food was old and cold, they did not have certain dipping sauces, half of the drinks were out (not available), all of... the lights and heaters in the lobby were non-functional (it was cold and dark), the most important half of the menu did notwork, employees displayed a lack of understanding of personal protective equipment (employee adjusted hair, collected money andpackaged food with the same gloves), and the restroom reeked of urine. It is obvious that the owner(s) and upper management ofthis location do not care enough to run a decent establishment to properly train employees and maintain their store. Just got home from a long day of work. I ordered a TX double whopper and they gave me a single patty and man I?m not one to... complain but that?s a 12$ burger man. Come on. They gave me a 5$ burger. Absurd really. I called the location as soon as I gothome to see if we can fix it and no answer on the phone I let it ring for a bit.
