I got to the car to eat my food and after eating 4 cold onion rings or so, the next one I almost put in my mouth had a hair on... it. I took it inside to show them but it had blew off while I walked back inside. They just took the onion rings and I waitedfor fresh ones and they gave them to me. No sorry about that or anything. Person working drive thru failed to return my debit card back to me when I visited one night last week. I called and was... informed that my card was there. Upon my arrival I said that I was there for the card I previously called about. I tried showingmy ID to verify that it was indeed my card but the woman didn't seem very interested in the details of who the card belonged tonor was I offered anything for my troubles. The first time I did not post about the same issue I had today. Today, after eating most of my burger I realized there was mold... on the bun.Waking up from a nap because I work night shift didn't pay much attention I was just hungry and needed to eat, atemost of the burger and to come and realize the mold just now. I'm so disgusted that I feel icky in my stomach from the thought.I called up there spoke to the manager Karen and gave her my peace of mind. Although the staff has always been so prompt andfriendly, they have failed on inspecting. The first time this happened to me was a over a month ago I ordered a kids meal for mydaughter and her bread had mold on it. Thinking it was just a one-time error I go back today and it happens again. I will not begoing back to that BK but driving up a little further to Wilson road and checking that one out. Read more

Friendly employees at window. Nothing out of the ordinary for a gas station franchise but never had a problem w my orders both... breakfast & lunch. Note: Smiles are greatly awarded with sincere smiles! Doesn't hurt to be appreciative of their jobs Read more
Cashier had a terrible attitude! Rushed me to order and didn't even take my order correctly. I come here all the time and I've... never dealt with such a disrespectful employee. Burger King needs to do better when hiring cause that girl has absolutely nocustomer service skills. Read more
