This location has been on a steady decline over the past few years. It does not give you the feeling that Chick FIL A was always... known for, now it's just another regular restaurant! I have literally had to go back 3 times because they messed up my order andnot 3 times in one day. As always the service is excellent and the food tastes great. However, they are making bizarre changes to their dining room and... ordering process. You walk in and it's not clear where to order because they've removed the cash registers. Also, when wearrived tonight there was a sign on the door stating the dining room was closed but there were people inside and the guard wavedus in. They've made what should be very simple and straightforward into something unnecessarily complicated. Read more
In the last several months the drive-thru service has gotten worse and worse. On one recent trip through the double lines, one... of the lines completely stopped while the order-taker went back inside for an unknown reason leaving no one to take orders inthe line that was already backed-up. When drivers honked or otherwise expressed their frustration, the order-taker in the otherline commented loud enough for multiple cars to hear, ?some of these drivers need to learn that patience is a virtue.? I?msorry, but good service and not wasting peoples time are important for a fast-food company regardless of how good the food is.This is only one of several recent bad experiences. This place is very dirty and unsanitary, the whe te we sat there no one wants to clean it and so they just left it there . All... the workers were sitting down eating and cursing . Will not recommend this location. Read more

Missing two boxes of 12 count nuggets we ordered tonight. This location has done nothing but decline over the past 5 years or... so. Not sure why...management change? Hiring standards? Training standards? Lack of proper management? Time and time again theyget my orders wrong. I try to check before driving away but often realize after I get home. The kids working here are friendlyand provide good customer service...they just can't count apparently. I've been eating at this location for 16+ years. Used tobe Excellent....not anymore. Sad really... Update: changed from 3 stars to 2 stars. Drove back to retrieve the 2 boxes ofmissing nuggets. Drove back home. Opened boxes...got one 12 count nugget and one 4 count strips....they still didn't get itright. This is ridiculous! Read more
The worst Chic Fil a EVER. This location is terrible. They only care about how quickly they move the line. Doesn?t matter if the... food is prepared as ordered or if you have missing items or if the food is hot for that matter. Tonight I was given cold, hardFrench fries with both of our meals. I sent them back and was given 2 ?fresh? orders of fries and sent on my way. The fries wereworse than the 1st order we were given. I refuse to go back to this location from here out. Went here for one meal with a shake and a kids meal, was asked to pull forward with no explanation, which is fine. At the... approximately 15 minutes, I walk back to the window and asked them what was going on. What am I waiting for. I was told a shake.I say I don't need to shake. I just want the food, you can cancel that. I sit and wait another five to seven minutes, thinking Iwas going to get food, just to be told they canceled the whole order. Read more
