I usually don?t leave reviews like this but I?m very disappointed. We literally are sick to our stomachs after eating old fries... me and my boyfriend were served tonight with our meals. I?ve never experienced this before at a Chick-fil-A in general, wealways come to this location and it?s never been like this. Chick fil a is usually 5 star as far as fast food goes, but this one was just okay. I was the only one in line inside this... morning, but they put my order behind all the drive through orders anyways so I shouldn?t have wasted the time to go inside.They were nice, but they wouldn?t let me switch my free chicken minis coupon for the (cheaper) chicken biscuit which I?ve neverhad an issue with anywhere else. The set-up here is different most locations have a window. This one has a door and a sign that hangs down at the end of the... building, asking you to pull down and wait for your food. That's find but the problem is if you don't get your requestedcondiments or you need a cup holder you have to wait for the runner to go back. Even though you requested those things whenordering. First time dinning in at this Chick-fil-a location. The employee greeting us as we walked in was polite and friendly. Our order... was promptly taken at our table and processed via credit card on the spot. Our food was at our table, 100% correct and cookedjust right, in less than three minutes.
