The food is good. Customer service, not so much. If you need to call the store the automated system actively tries to keep you... from getting through. I'm not joking, it will even tell you that. Even if you do get patched through to the store, they willnot pick up the phone. Read more

Terrible experience tonight. I used the online order and my families dinner got stolen. When I asked for my order employees... treated me like I was the thief. Alex Rodriguez did a terrible job handling the situation. I did not have my phone with theemail confirmation on it and when I returned with it 15 mine later he still would not remake my order. They leave the food onthe shelf and I know someone just walked up and stole it, because Alex Rodriguez said that he saw someone come in and get myorder. Now I have to contact the bank to get the charges reversed while my wife had to go somewhere else tonight to get a latedinner. Alex Rodriguez acted like the manager but was very unprofessional and could not produce a business card, just a blankreceipt with his name written on it. Very disappointed with Chipotles choice of "management" and how the situation was handled.He was OK with me buying some one else dinner and sending me on my way. We were told our delivery order was can due to technical issues. We weren't refunded right away. Said we have to wait 3 days... for refund. The manager on duty (short Hispanic guy with accent) was rude and kept his back turned to us and had a very nastyattitude like we were a inconvenience to him. This resturant always shorts you on the order when you order online. I only got half my kids meal. Chips and salsa with no... chips. You cant call and talk to anyone. The customer service via the app is terrible if they even reply. This went from myfavorite place to order from to where I wont even go in person. Read more

I was hesitating in going today because there was a long line but I ended up going. The wait was a little long but once I got up... to the front to order, I saw why. They where not only incredibly packed inside but looked like they had allot of online ordersas well, so I couldn?t be upset because I know what it?s like to work In the food industry. I do wish I would have gotten theyoung man?s name but it was the one that was warming up the tortillas and adding the meats and rice. He was HUSTLING making surehe greeted the people in front of him and asked for a moment when needed it, since he was also taking care of the online orders.Things would run out and their he went running to get them and asking for them before they ran out completely, not once did heloose the smile on his face and make sure to acknowledge the people in front of him. He made the wait not seem all that long! Iwanted to tip him for the amazing job he was doing but we didn?t want to interrupt his flow! Got our food to go and when we got home we realized that the rice is still raw. We tried calling the restaurant but our calls... went unanswered. This was around 9 pm today. This is unacceptable. No one wants to bite into a burrito and get a mouthful ofhard rice. Read more

It?s been awhile since visiting Chipotle. It still has the same look and feel of a Taco Bell with much better food. It has more... taste, less calories and cost more. The new brisket topping quickly became my favorite. This brisket is not to be confused withwhat comes out of a veteran pit master?s smoker. But it is more flavorful than beef.
