This is the worse CICI I have ever been to. The salad bar is lettuce, beets, bell peppers and carrots. The pasta was non... existant and had kids refilling the same cup over the sauce disgusting. The workers just laugh and don't care. The pizza isworse that frozen pizza. I will never eat there even if it's free. The manager was outside, while the kids who work there dowhatever they want. When I asked him a question, he talked in Spanish to a worker he didn't see nothing. Ha I'm African Americanbut dude my kids father is Puerto Rican. Not professional at all...Horrible. I?m currently pregnant craving some cici pizza once I arrived to the humble location They barley had any pizza ,no variety of... pizza the staff are in the back gossiping and on their phones instead of making different type of pizza never coming back herethey literally only had pepperoni pizza, barbecue pizza and dessert . We got there at 8 pm tonight after trick or treating and they had no pizza ????. All the trays were empty and they were taking 1... pizza by one. More people got there after us and they also had no salad at all. I understand that it was night, but i feel likethey could of wait at least until 9 or 9:30 to start cleaning up since on the door it says that they close until 10 PM. Read more

Single worst dining experience I have ever had in my lifetime. Not saying I expect a great deal when I come here so this is... really disappointing... The buffet line was out of almost everything. It was at least 15 Minutes of trying to get someone'sattention after taking my form of payment to place an order for pizza because let's face it. There was none to be had. The Saladwas gone. Had to request everything be refilled. 10 minutes or so I finally got attention salad bar fresh lettuce and aboutanother 5 Minuites to get a pizza order in. No napkins at drink counter. The usual staff that busses tables?? Picking up platesetc. Not to be seen. Food all over the floor around the larger tables and families. NO hand sanitizer anywhere to be found. NOSOAP IN THE DISPENSARY IN THE MEN'S BATHROOM. DUE TO THE UNSANITARY CONDITIONS AT THIS LOCATION FOLLOWING A MAJOR HEALTHCRISIS'S. I WILL NOT BE BACK. THIS PLACE IS PART OF THE PROBLEM. Absolutely the worst experience ever!! The staff ignored me anytime I walked up to the front. The people that were dining in... were freaking a**holes! I?m not one to pull the racist card but we were the only white people in the entire place and you couldtell we were outcasted and treated differently. Kids running around unattended, everyone was just disrespectful. It wasn?t veryclean inside either but I?ve seen worse. The food was decent that?s about the only good thing I can say. Cost of buffet has increased but quality has declined. No more person create your own pizzas or deep dish.. you have to pay... extra for what was once included.. smfh Read more
Was not greeted when we walked in. Man at register was cold and uninviting. Hardly any selection when we got there around 5 PM... and very few people in restaurant. Restroom area smelled bad like a pipe was backed up. Shortly after my daughter and myself hadbad stomach problems. I would not recommend this place to anyone. CiCi's used to be a good place to take the family but afterthis experience I will not be going back. And definitely not for the price they charge you for mediocre food and service. Read more
