The entire order was made wrong and sloppy and late. ???? I ordered 3 of the same Mediterranean subs and all they put on them... was Onions and Banana peppers with a slice of cheese along with dried/burnt feta cheese (YUCK). ???? By far the worst Domino's I've ordered from on a very consistent basis. They rarely have delivery drivers, and pick up is... always a nightmare. Service was POOR!! Pizza & wings had no problem with. Placed a phone ordered & told 10-15mins. Get there in 15mins from placing... my order & pizza is not ready. Which was expected I had no problem waiting. My problem was they had all my pizzas ready but 1,which was never put it. When I asked how long would it be the cashier went to ask the young lady making the pizza how long itwould be she replied with 1 hour & they both laughed. I ordered from here before and the pizza was terrible! Thought I give them another chance proved me right. They have the worst... pizza I ever tasted at this location.The pizza crust was hard and dry hardly no cheese on the pizza hardly no pepperoni. tastelike cardboard. If I could give no stars I would. This location is short staffed so it takes over an hour for delivery. That?s fine, I understand that, however my pizza was... delivered undercooked. I called the store to let them know and the manager was a little defensive but agreed to redo the pizza.This time I picked it up. The manager looked at the pizza and told me that I have to ask for it well done when I place theorder. I?ve NEVER had to request that my pizza not be undercooked before. Love Domino's Pizza, but this location is horrible! Ordered a pizza for delivery and waited 1 hour just to get a dry pizza with... no sauce! They admitted they screwed up, so they offered a free pizza on my next order. A few weeks later, I redeemed my freepizza coupon and I waited HOURS with no update. Every time I checked the delivery tracker the delivery time continued toincrease. I've never in my life waited 2+ hours for a pizza to be delivered! And when I called to ask for an update, no oneanswered. Just flat out RIDICULOUS! If you want Domino's Pizza, do yourself a favor & order from a different location. Read more
I placed my order at 4:20 and it was ready by 4:50 it wasn?t until 5:37 that I got a message saying my driver is on their way..... i DIDNT Receive my food until 6:20 in which I ordered at 4!!! Should have read the reviews. Pizza sat at the store for an HR before it was delivered. Not only was the pizza cold that I had... to place in the microwave and poorly made. They also forgot our drinks and dipping sauce. Of course the store does not answertheir phone so they can refund my money on the items that where not delivered. DO NOT BUY HERE!! Read more
