I normally don't do reviews, but I have to give a shout out to Yolanda. I believe she is management, if she isn't she sure needs... a promotion. It pains me to write this review, but I've had a lot of negative experiences and it keeps getting worse. Do not use the app to... order ahead, they will not start on your order until you are standing at the counter asking for it. I make a habit of ordering10+ minutes before I leave my house and when I arrive I still end up waiting 15-20 minutes for a coffee and bagel. Drive throughwill steadily filter through and people who walk in and order at the counter will get orders way before those who orderedahead. Maybe just avoid using the app or ordering ahead. Management has been contacted regarding this issue, but we were sent avery generic email response. I tried to give the staff some slack because times are crazy, but this happens every single time. Wow!! Super underwhelmed. Really wanted fresh coffee and donuts. But nope. Coffee was made about noon and after 4pm. The... donuts were the real disappointment. Nothing fresh..should have saved my money and bought at the grocery store. Plusside....the employee is very nice and pleasant. Dunkin Donut owner....check your products. Read more
I love this location, the staff is very friendly, they get my order right the way I want it, and the coffee is amazing. I... cannot get my coconut carmel ice coffee made correct at no other location but this one, THEY ARE ON POINT!!! I pull up and letme tell you they know my order and my face, that speaks in volume when the entire team know their customers.. That means theyare very attentive to their customers... . I just want to say you guys are doing a awesome job! And a big shout out for Ms.Yolanda and the entire morning team!!!! Please DO NOT EAT HERE! This location has truly gone down the gutter. I had been going a few days in a row and couldnt figure... out why my stuff just tasted different, i went inside today just to kinda check it out, today i didnt order food only a drink.But i witnessed the employee making someones wraps ON A DIRTY COUNTER with nothing underneath. He phone was even on that samecounter. As he finished i asked him, is that how yall make the food? Just bare on the counter like that? He looked at meconfused, and says oh yeah we wipe it down after. NO THEY DONT! I stood there and watched it all happen and he moved on to thenext food item doing the same thing with the counter still dirty. The entire cooking area was dirty, stuff on the floor, randomemployee drinking cups all over the counters, cleaning spray just on the counter. It was all a mess. I will never come back tothis location again. I have been frequenting this dunkin for yeaaars but have never seen it like I did today. It was so bad idecided to take a photo to document this mess. First time there, it is the biggest one I have been. The drive thru is long and has a lot of movement. To purchase thru the... drive thru is faster than inside. I did my order in and the omelet bites and chocolate croissant took a while before I get them( slow staff or disorganized ?). The large hot caramel latte was good. The flavor of the food were fresh, and tasty. I will beback. And this location for now is the online one who has the screen to order inside the store as Mc Donalds (see picture). Read more
Terrible Terrible Terrible service. I hadn't been in a while and I probably will wait a long time before I give it another try.... They told us to pull around to wait for out order after almost 20 mins we went to ask about it and my husband found it justsitting on the counter. Food quality was awful. The young lady at the window ignored me multiple times. Hashbrowns are all coldand soggy like they sat there all morning long. Left a bad taste in my mouth pun intended. Read more
I went thru the drive thru on 8/18/22 at 7:50 am before school and I ordered this coffee and 5 munchkins. I handed the drive... thru lady a $20 and only received $5 back. I noticed it when I arrived at school and couldn?t go back. I had called and was toldby the manager that there was no way I ordered from them because all transactions from that day started with a #4 and not a #7?How is that possible when everyone at school with a dunkin cup got a #7 on it?? Kinda sketch that they would jack a 16 yr olds$15 like that?. Read more
