I've been here 3 times. My first experience was great. My last two visits customer service wise no so much. I say this because... each time when it was time to pay when I handed my card to the waiter on one visit and handed my card to the cashier on anothervisit neither one of them handed the card back to me. They both just put it on the table and ledge. On my last visit the cashierdidn't even say thank you. Customer service definitely means a lot to me and I'm sure others. While the food is decent thecustomer service definitely isn't. Read more

Ate here for the first time last week… Wow! Perfectly presented, fresh and Delicious. All sushi cuts were nice size and rolls... were perfectly made. This place is my new goto. much closer than downtown and 1/2 the price too Read more

Absolutely loved the food here! We did go on a Sunday evening so the wait for a table was non-existent, and the food came out in... just a matter of 10 minutes! Incredible. We ordered the Fried Calamari, Hibachi Chicken and the sweet potato roll (the sweetpotato was by far my favorite.) The customer service is also excellent, all the workers are the sweetest and so patient! 11/10would come again! Read more

First time visiting last week and maybe my last. Rated a 3 because the food was good. But I did not enjoy the service, at all.... We were seated about 8:45 (they closed at 9:30). There was another couple waiting for their food when we arrived. From themoment we were seated, we were rushed to order and told the kitchen would be closing soon and had to order everything at once.We barely had time to ask questions about menu items. Our food came out fast but shortly after we got it, they brought out a mopbucket. They had already stacked chairs and swept, which I didn't mind. I nicely asked our waiter if they could wait to mopbecause of the chemical smells while we were eating. He stated that they have to leave right at 9:30 and that the guy had mop atthat time (it was still close to 9pm). The guy proceeded to mop every single area around our table so we were overcome with thesmell of chemical/ cleaning products while trying to enjoy our food. We tipped the waiter very well and after seeing the tip heapologized for the mopping. I usually don't make it a point to go to restaurants that soon before closing time. However, if theyclose at 9:30, I don't want to be subjected to smelling chemicals, while eating, at 9pm. IF I decide to eat here again, it'll betogo only. Read more

We dined here for the first time today. My only regret is that I waited so long. The restaurant is clean and well decorated... inside. The bathroom is also clean and had soap and towels. We loved the freshly prepared sashimi and sushi. Our waiter washappy to explain the menu and make suggestions if we needed. We had the love boat for two and miso soup. Read more

On a Fridays, the library opens at 1. I should write a review on that... So, at noon, I had a lovely lunch by myself. I... leisurely enjoyed my two rolls, eel and Alaska, from their lunch specials without having to share with anyone. It came with soupor salad. I chose salad. It was wonderful. Oh and the green tea came in the cutest little ceramic tea pot. The staff werequick, nice, and attentive, but not overly so. I wasn't bothered by having to make small talk. Read more
