Manager is very dismissive(rude) and the cook complained when I asked for my food to be corrected. I asked for light mayo they... put extra. DO NOT GO HERE!! Horrible, horrible, horrible service!! They need to seriously fire everyone. Their customer service is awful.... They are constantly running out of items supposedly or are just plain lazy to do their job. One visit I was told one time thatthey were out of chicken pot pie and on another visit was told that there location no longer serves pot pie. I?m confused arethese locations run by different owners where they can change the menu items or are the employees in charge of what they decideto serve that day. There?s another KFC a bit further from me but I make the drive for their friendlier service andattentiveness. Not to mention they ALWAYS have everything ready to order. Read more

I had family tragedy so all my family was going to be together. So I offered to get KFC, it was conveniently on the way. I... received a message that it was ready to be picked up. I arrived at the location was not greet properly but someone in the backyelled out. Then no one said anything else to me. Saw about five cars order through the drive thru and get their food and leavethen I say ok I?m here to pick my order. The lady says, ?who are you pick it up for Uber eats.? I replied back to her no and myname. Then she said ok and it will be out shortly. I mention to her that it said it was already to be picked up. Then I wasupset cuz no one else was helping her. One person washing dishes and the other person texting. Then I?m like ok o spent 100 (91.95 to be exact) on this order and this is the service I received. Then once the order was ready 30 mins after the time itstated. Then I asked for more sauce she tell me I have to charge. I even paid for the extras sauce. Then I received my order andI?m missing the plates, Macaroni was cold and chicken was saugy and impossible meat was over cook. Sauce that I was charged fordamaged cuz she threw it in the bag!!!! Years back, the chicken pot pies was a stand in line to buy, not anymore. The two l bought from this KFC was like the ones l... purchased from the other KFC on 1960, a little too brown. The carrots and peas was plentiful, but looked to find meat. Guess lhad a vegetarian chicken pot pie????. If l didn't look at the menu for the cost of each pot pie. I wouldn't have know, becausemy receipt was $11 plus tax ($11.91) for 2 Fill Up Boxes. Will never go back for over cooked crust pot pies. Read more
