They don't ever answer the phones. On multiple occasions i have attempted to call to place order omw home from work and it rings... for 10-15mins before I just give up and order from somewhere else. It's like they don't want tk answer the phones cause it meansthey will actually have to do their job. I wonder how much business they lose because they simply just don't answer the phones. Read more
Placed an order through the drive through today 10-3-22 approximately 1:40pm Ordered a classic pepperoni pizza, I received my... order, asked for paper towels or paper plates, she replied rudely no paper towels, no paper plates and shut the window in myface then walked away. It takes a few seconds to smile, apologize and say thank you. Zero customer service! Read more

I ordered on the app. When I arrived, the employee reentered the store from his car to meet me at the drive through. He then... told me my order would be 5 more minutes. 10 minutes later, I received an undercooked slices and sticks where the slices didn'thave sauce under it and the sticks didn't have garlic/oregano. Wish I could give zero stars. Doesn?t matter what time of day it is? as long as they are open they won?t have anything hot or... ready. Cheese? Nope! Pepperoni? Nope! Crazy bread, marinara, crushed peppers, soda napkins. Nothing. Even when order online andready to pickup they get the whole order wrong and it isn?t ready. Read more
Poor customer service. I placed my order and they told me to wait 10 minutes for my order. As I waited I received a call from my... daughter daycare that is down the street. I left to get her and came back. I took about 25 minutes. Which gave them extra timeto have my order ready. She then looks at the receipt and tells me ?this order is from 4:18 pm. You didn?t picked up?? Nooo Ididn?t otherwise I will not be asking for my order.Then she offered me to make my order for another 10 minutes wait ???????????I completely understand that things happened but the way they handle it was not correct. I like Little Caesars but this is the WORST location I've ever been to....and this is based on several visits. The Pizza Portal... here is either broken or the staff choose not to use it so you can't stand outside and watch for your name to appear, insteadyou have to stand in line to get your food....often late and getting cold as this is a busy location on a Saturdayevening. This visit was my last. The person at the counter was snarky when I asked about my food because the portal was notbeing used and when I commented on that he played it off like it is a service that he waits on you personally....after you standin line.....avoiding the line is the whole purpose of using the portal in the first place. When he asked about the details ofmy order I gave him the portal code because my phone was in the truck with the family as I don't need it for the portal....so Ihad to go get my phone and get back in line a second time. On top of that while I was waiting the second time an argument brokeout in the back with staff members yelling the 'N' word over and over again at each other at the top of their lungs....this iswith multiple customers out front most of whom were women. This kind of disrespect of customers is unacceptable. After thewaiting and ensuing spectacle my food was also over 5 minutes late and marginal at best. I always have good food and service atmy normal location. This location should be avoided if m possible. Read more
