So many other good places to get pizza why stop here. The lobby was hot and the staff was not friendly at all.
Please do not go here they literally have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life the employees look you... too crazy they do not acknowledge you when you walk into the establishment and just stare at you!! They?re rude and obnoxious Iwill never come here again if there was zero star that?s all I would give them Wilson Road is the worst Lil Caesars I have everbeen to someone needs to come in there and check this place the employees are less than enthusiastic about their job like aliterally don?t care obviously no one bothered to report this location !!!! A little busy, minimal staff, employees were occasionally goofing off and swearing, took 45 min between ordering and getting... food only to have employee had me old, cold crazy bread. So I had to wait longer. Need an adult who wants to work and keep thekids in line Read more
The pizza was fresh and made just right, we ordered online and picked up in store which I recommend if you don't want to wait... 10,15,20 min for your food. The cookie brownies are very rich but delicious, they're kinda small and not exactly what I wasexpecting but delicious nonetheless. Read more
Service was pretty bad cashier didnt even make eye contact and mumbled through the whole exchange. From the other reviews seems... like this common. I called ahead and ordered a custom deep dish peperoni & bacon. First they made it wrong and gave me peperoni& sausage. That doesnt bother me as much as this next part. So I can tell they didnt proof the dough long enough as its flat andchewy inatead of thick and crispy. Toppings were inconsistent, some pieces didnt even have any sausage on them. Sauce job wasbad, lots of dry spots and other spots were way to saucey. Overall pretty sloppy pizza. Didnt have high expectatipns but wow...for a 13$ pizza i expext something halfway decent. I use to go there but the customer service was trash. Now they have new management. I believe he is the assistant manager, his ... name is Rico (I believe) He?s very fast, kind, and such a hard worker. If he leaves I probably won?t be going back again butwhile he?s there, My daughter and I go once a week due to our busy schedules. Read more
