First I would like to say that Little Caesars pizza quality is consistent. Great bang for your buck. This review is about the... people who work this location. Unfortunately, this location is the closest to me and every time pick up my order from using theapp it?s usually not ready, even though the app said it was done. They will never have Hot & Ready pizza ready. Beats thepurpose of Hot & Ready. Also, when I go into the location, everyone who is working is in the worst mood. No one at the locationeven pretends to like their job. I?ve came into the location once with the manager of the location screaming to the top of herhead at her employees. i had made a mobile order & it said it was ready by 9:11pm. i waited for about 15-20 minutes in the drive thru with no help... whatsoever. i had to honk my horn a couple times just to get help because nobody wanted to come to the window & assist me. oncei got my pizza it wasn?t even hot nor fresh, it was just warm. smh. nothing but kids who are just playing around too much andnot doing their actual job. Went there after my wife got out of work late, placed order online, got to the store and there were only 2 young men working... that night. I never saw anyone get upset or yell or scream at these boys. It took a long time to get the food, but it wasamazing seeing all the customers understand that these 2 boys were busting their humps to get out everyone's food. Yeah it tookforever, but it was awesome seeing all the customers waiting patiently and letting the young men do their job. The wait was a bit long, I?ll be honest, but I did a little research and it seems like Little Caesars in general has a slow SOS... (speed of service) overall despite their ?Hot N Ready? advertising. All I can say is, please have patience with the workers,since most of the time they are understaffed and orders are extremely unpredictable. If you are not that type of person, whichis completely understandable, there are plenty of other pizza places that might satisfy your standards more. Read more
