I would normally say this place is Mediocre Somewhere to stop when you're kind of in a hurry but want better than McDonald's or... jack-in-the-box. It's not extremely cean but it was not dirty, The customer service Was excellent. The food was so so I camehere for my 1st time because I can't find anywhere else in Houston that has clams, and I love clams. now when you order clamshere you get like 5 little tiny fried pieces of clam with way more breading than clam but I love clams & haven't found any other Restaurant with them .the other person I was with ordered fish & they got a lot of fish and they said it was good Read more

This is my second time posting my experience. 1st one disappeared within 24 hrs. Here it goes again. I was the only car in... drive thru ordered Fish meal plus extra fish. An old lady was at the window collected the cash and after giving the change backsaid pull up in front of the building. While she was closing the window she said "Now get off my F...ing Drive thru. I didn'tprocess what I just heard, by the time I put my wallet in my pocket she came back and told me she is on a timer "Move to thefront of the building". I know she is on a timer NOT to collect money but for service time. I went inside and got my money back.I went to this store over 18 years in Humble, I also work at Humble, I am shocked. Inside counter lady couldn't mention the oldlady's name, she just pointed at the receipt. Looks like she is afraid of the old lady. I gave it 1 star for the coleslaw. Everything else of course was cooked in grease (as it should be ????). My problem was the... fish, shrimp, hush puppies, and fries looked and tasted like the grease has not been changed since oil prices went up(approximately 6 months ago). NASTY! Read more

My boyfriend and I decided to stop into Long John Silver's in Humble because we were running errands, got hungry and saw it. We... both said we hadn't eaten there in a long time and felt like seafood. Well the place was neat and clean as evident by anemployee running around wiping tables and sweeping up. Come to find out she was pretty much running the show. She took ourorders, I had fried fish and sauteed shrimp. My boyfriend had the salmon. There was another employee at the time cooking butsoon after disappeared; I'm assuming on a break. The one in charge was working like crazy to get all the orders out but whenpeople were getting their orders that came after us, my boyfriend went up to check if we had missed ours and it hadn't even beenstarted yet. The other employee came back and the two had a few words. Our order was out shortly after. Well everything wasadequate until I got to the shrimp. It wasn't quite cooked all the way. Yuk. I couldn't finish it. When the employee in chargeasked us how our meal was, I told her, and she responded she was training the other employee. Zero should be an option. I pulled up to the drive thru speaker on 8/18/22 at 5:03pm. I was looking at the menu, so I asked for... a moment before ordering. The associate, who said her name was Liz still had her mic on when she commented that I did not haveto pull up to the speaker if I was not ready yet. Taking 10 seconds to look at a menu should not be problematic for anassociate. Especially since there were no cars in line at all. When I stated that I was ready to order, she breathed heavilyinto the mic and with an attitude said ?Go ahead?. She was clearly annoyed, so I didn?t order at all. I don?t want anyone likethat handling my food and she certainly should not handle customers. Just nasty without reason! Don?t work the service industrywith this type of bitterness. She definitely influenced my decision to keep my money. Read more

It's an old location but if you want LJS then you take it. The facility wasn't as clean as it could be but maybe because of age.... The condiment bar was clean and my food came out in about 5 minutes. Read more

I give this L.J.S's five stars because of their amazing service and great food. Im very surprised to see such a low rating for... this location after receiving such amazing customer service from the young lady at the drive thru. My family and I came on09/15/2020 to pick up some dinner. As we pulled up to the speaker at the drive thru and began to go over the menu we weregreeted by a young lady that was very patient and had an amazing attitude. After placing our order we pulled up to the windowand payed for our order. The young lady continued with her great attitude never once showed that she hated to be there or evershowed frustration. Once I received my food I headed home to eat. I arrived at my house and looked over my order and everythingwas right and looked very delicious and in deed it was.. well made nice a crispy. I recommend this location on 59 and 1960 fortheir great service and delicious food. Thank you to all the employees that were there on this day for the great service and forthe delicious food and great amazing attitudes ...but most of all thank you for wearing you masks and gloves as we all are goingthrough this pandemic.
