The staff isn?t capable of taking a simple order for a cake. What I received wasn?t what I asked for and the instructions that... were given to the employee. Tell me something - why do you fill out information about what you want on a $50 cookie cake, if the person doing it doesn?t do... what is requested. This is the worst American Cookie Company. This one should be called -going to screw up your order Americacookie company. I will use any other one if I order more cookie cakes. Purchased cookie cake for my son?s birthday and it was very salty. I called to speak with manager and was given the ?Oh well... there is nothing we can do about it because the cookie dough is prepackaged when received.? I can understand that but can yourstore do to make this right? Nothing... I would have taken a store credit. I took the cake to the store and asked for a refundafter being treated rudely over the phone, and an employee walked from the back with phone in hand without someone claiming tobe the store manager. I could barely hear her but I did hear her say that they are not giving me corporates number, I can lookit up myself, they?re not giving me their store number either. I asked could she call me on my phone so that we can discuss theproblem and she refused.
