Will not be returning. With the growing list of poor reviews about the drive thru wait times, you would think someone would pay... attention and fix the issue. I sat in the double drive through for more than 20 minutes. By the way, once a few cars are behindyou, you are stuck. Got to the first window where no one was and sat while the other cars in front of me got their food andleft. Finally a nonchalant person walks up and says, "what did you have" and I told her. No, "ok" or "thank you" just silence.Hands me my card and more silence. Get to the final window and was told to pull into a waiting stall. Watched as eight cars gettheir food and leave. I had two burgers with no bun, so we are talking one less step. Finally fuming I went inside and a managerwalks out and I asked him to explain how this could take this long. He said he had to remake the burgers because they put bunson them. Go outside and wait even more. Finally the manager comes out with the food. He did apologize but come on, 40 minutesfor a sloppy mess of food is absolutely unacceptable. Read more
I enjoy coming to this McDonald's due to the great service from one of their cashiers. I asked her what was her name and she... said, Ziara. She seems to be on the register anytime I order and she is very patient, well spoken and caring to make sure as acustomer you have everything you need with your order and that behavior as a cashier is very rare. I appreciate good people likethat in a business and I hope she go far in life with that mentality. Ziara if you see this, Keep Up The Great Work! Read more
The most unprofessional Mc Donalds I?ve ever been to. Set in the drive through for 1/2 hr. No one came to the mic to take my... order. Drove to the first window to tell them nobody took my order they did open the window didn?t acknowledge that I was eventhere. Went to the second window they had no idea about anything. I left! There must be a breakdown in management or no staff orboth they?ll be better off closing down this location. Read more
Absolutely terrible, not worth one star. Sat in drive through for 10 minutes behind 2 cars and was told to park to wait for 1/4... pounder. 5 minutes later received my meal. Went home a few blocks away and everything was cold and missing bacon. Not worth thewait and the money. Read more
I zipped into this McDonald's because it was attached to a gas station. A very ingenious idea, something that I don't normally... run across, but after fueling my vehicle, I pulled 30 ft straight ahead right into the parking spot of the McDonald's. Theservice at the McDonald's was very good, and as always the food tastes great. Read more
This location closes at 11. I pulled up at 10:30 and the doors were locked and drive thru was closed as well and I there were... still workers on the inside. If you guys do not close at 11 then you should change your hours. This is not the first time I camehere and you guys were closed early. Read more
The absolute audacity of this place is astounding...I ordered a Big Mac meal with a large fry and a sprite. Simple enough, they... ask me to pull around and wait, no big deal, 15 MINUTES LATER they bring out my food and I ask what the hold up was and theywere waiting for my fries...WHERE ARE THE REST OF THEM????
