Worst service ever handed my food to someone else who touched all over my food. Then gave it back and the lady brought it... straight to me after someone had their hands all over it! Like WTH then had to argue with her to get new food. Very irritated!Will never be back! Read more
I asked for grilled onions when I ordered the McRib. The clerk repeated it more than once. When I was getting my drink he said... they do not have grilled onions. I have had them before at other locations. They had a lot of teens from Humble High School inthe lobby being rude and cursing. I just came through there drive thru early morning rush. My coffee was wrong..had to come back thru and getvthat right...when... getting home none of the condements that come with abigvbreakfast was in the bag..no syrup no butter... nothing. I am soirretated. The young lady taking my order had a hard time hearing me since my voice is so horse....so after repeating myself 5xand having my son repeat for me.. i repeated in Spanish. That must have offended her. Therefore my order and experience sucked.I will NEVER RETURN TO THAT MCDONALD'S AGAIN. Read more
Ordered a sausage mcmuffin with egg via mobile app. Should've checked the bag because they gave me a sausage mcmuffin WITHOUT... egg.. Already left and too far to drive back. Tried calling but no answer. Definitely not happy and it wasn't even hot. Read more
Just went through the drive thru and bought a large sweet tea. When I got to where I was going I took a drink and slime is what... I swallowed. I looked at the bottom of my drink and there is disgusting stuff floating at the botton. Tried calling and getvoicemail full. Absolutely gross will not EVER return. Read more

I?m not sure how these people work after 10pm but it?s the second time this happens to me no sauces on the big mag or on the... fish filet. I didn?t know they had replaced the sauce for ketchup. Worst service ever. I guess it has no manager after 10pm theywon?t answer the phone either and i won?t go back because it would be a waist of gas and McDonalds won?t reimburse what I?llwaist on gas. After ordering we were was asked to pull into waiting area in lane 1. Car after car received their food and the delivery boy... came to our car twice asking if we received our food yet. After 20 min we pulled back in line and said we never received ourfood and the manager stated it?s because we ordered breakfast which it takes a while to cook the eggs.( breakfast was displayedon the screens in the drive through when we ordered at 10am ) IF THAT WAS TRUE WHY YOU SEND THE DELIVERY BOY TWICE to ask ifwe received our food.
