Dust, dust, and more dust. The ledge behind and next to me had dust and spider webs. I dusted the shelf myself. We got here 15... till 3 and our server said we still got the lunch price. When it came to pay though our lovely server argued that we were wronguntil we showed the price in th tree menu. Not impressed at all! Read more

So on my last visit there was a sticker fried into my fried shrimp battered and everything. So I bring it to my server Lexi... attention. She replied ok gonna get my manager to remove that for you. A replacement would have been sufficient. Instead I endedup paying for it had plenty left to take home but it was taken away. Called once home realizing I paid for the item. And Jamesand I had a long conversation that ended with him offering to replace my frito misto and add an dessert. So on yesterday’svisit I nicely mentioned it to the Manager on duty thinking maybe James wrote it down or communicated it with other managers.But her response was I’ll honor the app but come back when he’s here for the rest. I asked when does he work again shewalked away to check and I mentioned to a friend it would be as simple as calling him. She returned and said I called him and hedoesn’t remember you but I’ll go ahead and honor the appetizer anyway. To me That is bad customer service. A piece of hairwas in my soup ????????. I am absolutely impressed!!! This place has improved since the world got crazy!!! The food was hot, delicious and seasoned... perfectly. Our waiter (Patrick) was very attentive and friendly...a rare thing now days. We will definitely start coming backagain. Read more
The food was delicious and the service was great. The salad, pasta and soup were on point with no complaints. The restaurant had a 25-30 minute wait due to under staffed. Also food was horrible. Was served cold bread and salad was... withered and brown spots on it. Also did not order a main course due to lack of attention to details on food being served. Hubbyorder a chicken Parmesan with broccoli and they served it in a nasty way. 10/9 Another great experience Had some questions about chicken Alfredo how it’s cooked just tastes kind of undercooked. Chef... says it’s because it’s cooked on a flattop. Tasted okay, I’ll def get the sautéed shrimp Alfredo instead nexttime. Server was very patient and attentive. Also doughnut’s with chocolate sauce gave me sugar rush but they were so good!Def getting those again. 7/18 Excellent service! Politely took care of our drinks and appetizers in a quickly manner. The breadsticks were nice and warm. We ordered the shrimp Alfredo for two and it filled us up!
