This store is garbage! Ordered 1 pizza with extra sauce. The made it without the extra sauce. I asked them to remake it and then... the 2nd one came out with little no sauce. When I asked for a refund they told me I had to wait till Thursday for the storemanager to get back to request a refund because she was the only one who could approve refunds. This store might as well beclosed down. The reviews for it are accurate and they are horrible at servicing their customers. I highly recommend everyone goto another location. I can't believe what happened when I ordered from here. The delivery man walked up with the pizza under his arm like a notebook... ( its all on camera) I called the store and was told they could resend the pizza again or give me a 10.00 store credit ( whichis less than what I paid) we drove to the store to get the pizza. Since the Manager on duty last night told me I couldn't berefunded, I waited and call today and spoke with Samantha who told me she was the store manager but at the end of the call toldme she would not repeat her name again. She told me I would have to call DoorDash( who I didn't order from to get a refund, thenI told her I would post all of this and she said do that and hung up. I'm extremely frustrated with this location. Just a few nights ago I called in an order for delivery and they recognized that I... live in a new neighborhood and delivered my pizza. Today, I tried to call in another order for delivery and was told they cannotdeliver to my address because it's a new neighborhood that's not in the system, that I shouldn't have received delivery a fewnights ago. My husband orders pizza quite often and prefers pizza hut but looks like we'll have to take our money to thecompetition that does deliver to my address that's in the new neighborhood. Read more
There is a reason this branch has such a low rating. Pizza delivered raw & customer service was horrible to try to get the issue... fixed. They refused to give us a refund and could not remake the pizza for 1 1/2 hrs. All they really wanted to do was give astore credit and move on. With no kitchen at home (so no way to cook the raw pizza dough) and them not being able to remake thepizza until 10pm, we ended up not having dinner. Completely unacceptable. I order from my local humble, 77346 store. Cost $50 instead of $24 for the big box, with delivery. Arrived over an hour after... out for delivery, and that was after I called to ask why it never showed up. Pizza was cold, pasta was so dry it wasnt even ableto be eaten. Kids didnt even really eat it because it came so late and was cold. Total waste of money. Sorry to say that, butwhen I called they were like oh, its still here, he will run it right over, and it was another 20 mins. I live .4 miles from thestore. Read more
They must have known I'm pregnant and craving some pizza. Despite bad reviews my pizza last night was off the chain. It was hot,... fresh lots of cheese and took about 30 minutes to get here. I don't know maybe make sure you tip something and they'll make sureyour order right. Besides now days jobs like these are not worth the pennies so at the very least I appreciate as a customersomeone making my food right. I wish I could have tipped more. underwhelmed; this location consistently delivers late and when I contacted them this last time, when the order took twice as... long, they explained the website doesn't estimate time very well. They no longer offer bone-in wings anymore so they might aswell change their logo from "Wing Street" to Crappy Chicken Nugget Street. Pizza Hut used to be a higher quality pizza a servicebut this location has caught me up, they are no longer. Read more
Honestly at 2.8 this is rated too high, pretty sure this is the worst Pizza Hut I've ever seen or been to. How does google not... have ¼ star ratings.The staff is rude, and the management could care less. They don't honor deals that are posted in their ownstore. You have a better chance of getting good pizza at McDonald's than you do this place. Keeping my fingers crossed someonecloses this store! Read more
