This Pizza Hut is a hit or miss I frequently order from this location and most the time the food quality is bad it?s either... burnt or they have made the order wrong and I have to return to the store for them to make it properly. On GOD, DO NOT place an order from here! They?re slower than an elephant walk. I made an order online only to get to the store... to wait two hours and my order was STILL NOT complete. Ordered for delivery & when I ordered, site said it would take 25-35 mins...I live about 5 mins away. Took an entire hour to get... my order. I had NO idea that they use Doordash and maybe that's why. Either way I don't appreciate paying so much for coldpizza. Read more
Placed an online order for a big dinner box for carry out. When I arrived, the person getting my pizza kept opening the box and... literally peeking in it. The cheese sticks were hard and inedible, the pasta was burnt, there was pork where I ordered beef andno jalapenos when I ordered jalapenos. Called and spoke to a manager who "made a note on my account that the order would bereplaced " because it was closing time and they couldn't do it that night. Ok, so we call up there a day and a half later to getthe replacement only to have the GM Anna, holler and argue and disrespect my husband and call him a liar, even tho she hadpulled up my account and saw the order and the note about replacing the order. The only thing she did was offer us a $10 credit.Not even enough to replace one pizza. Our original order was $37.86. So $10 is hardly compensation. Read more
Unacceptable all the way around. I was in the store for five minutes, two employees looked right at me and said nothing. My... pizza looked fine, but when I got home, I could see that it was poorly cut where some slices were not slices, just strips ofpizza. Most of my pizza did not have sauce on it! I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and somehow the crust was crispy and partiallyburned. I'm done with Pizza Hut. I tried contacting the store three times, but they don't answer the phone. Read more
Horrible. I ordered online said it would be 25-35 mins. Took over an hour and 20 mins to deliver. Called to look for my ordered... and was purposely hung up on twice. Called a 3rd and 4 th. For them not to pick up the phone at All. Called once more for thephone just to ring. Food was cold,and wrong. Read more
I?m sorry to say but this is the worst Pizza Hut ever. I made an online order 30 mins ago for carrying and I can?t even get to... the register. There are 10+ people all here with similar stories. The service is slow/bad, the system rejects or doesn?t receiveorders, the staff is completely under staffed for the volume. This place is in desperate need of a tune up. Read more
I ordered my pizza last night at 8:53pm estimated time was 25-30 minutes. Okay cool no big deal it was 9:50 an hour later and... still no pizza I called the store was put on hold and then the guy who finally answered says he had sent my order out already..okay? So where?s it at? He hangs up on me saying he?ll call the driver to see what?s going on and not even 10 minutes later thedelivery guy is knocking at my door. I sign for the pizza but I really didn?t even want it anymore. My husband and son hadalready fallen asleep so there I was at 10pm with 40 dollars worth of COLD pizza and cheese sticks that looked burnt. And theApple pie?s were in pieces/crumbles.
