Placed an order online,went to pick it up, there was a sign saying "online order pick-up"... so I get below the sign and the... cashier says I gotta wait on line line like I'm ordering for dine in. The managers there are unprofessional, the manager Olga & the other Hispanic or Mexican man at the drive thru window isn't... friendly. They don't like to give you any condiments they charge for everything! They will close the window on you in aheartbeat if they forgot to add items, or if you are needing items. They don't like to give receipts or napkins! The youngeremployees are much friendlier Managers need to learn from them! Read more
Food is great however the manager almost had the poor drive thru worker in tears. She was yelling at her to speed up the line... bit was just standing around without lifting a finger to help customers. The amount of people in line and the additional ordersmade at the window can not be helped by staff. Read more
If I could choose between 1 and 0, it would be 0. The customer service is the worst. They ask you if you don't eat and leave,... and as soon as you arrived at the place, they asked my friend to sit up straight after buying the food, stating that later theywere stressed about picking up the trash from our food. We ordered the 12 pc nugget meal to share with red beans and rice and honey mustard and sweet heat sauce. We decided to eat... inside the restaurant for the full experience. Our food came out piping hot! Just the way I like it :) They also gave us 2packets of each sauce...what a rarity! Everything tasted as expected. Bought through UberEats. Tiny burnt wings. Did not get my dipping sauce, payed extra for 32 oz Tea and still git the 20oz. ... When I called to complain to the manager, his first assumption was that I wanted money back. He wouldn't even let me speak. It's just $12. I don't need it. All he had to do was apologize. Drive thru employee was extremely friendly and polite. They did park us to wait for our order. The wait was a lot longer than it... should of been. The food was decent. It would of been better if the fries that we waited that long for were actually hot and notcold and hard. Read more
