I always get the chicken teriyaki! While the flavor of the chicken is good, the fried rice is just a little more flavorful than... the steamed white rice. Sometimes I feel like the chicken isn't cut up small enough, or isn't cooked well enough, as there canbe that slightly slimy texture from the meat. The service isn't anything to write home about; it's fine. The staff have neverbeen rude, but they haven't exactly been polite either. The chicken dumplings are really good, but expect a longer wait if youorder them. Get the child's portion if you're eating alone; it comes with a drink, and you can switch the steamed white rice fornoodles or fried rice for an extra cost. The regular portion size is way too big. The prices aren't the greatest either,especially for what it is. But I still stop by Sarku every time I visit the Deerbrook mall; it's a habit. Read more
Horrible service I checked out at 10:51 and guess when I got my food 11:15. No customer service what so ever. Now I will never... spend a dime at this establishment when this was once the few place I could eat at with vegetarian options. UNACCEPTABLE Read more
