We had sandwiches and got two Cinnabon to go. When we got home we found that they were old stale rolls.
Terrible- didn't listen to how it was ordered. Bread so hard could barely chew it. Re-made order 2 times and still got it wrong.
If no stars were an option that's what I would choose. Placed an order online via the "slice" app which is what was offered. My... wife arrived to pick up the order and was told that the location never received an order. I verified that this was indeed theproper location order was placed. The young lady at the counter was unprofessional, rolling her eyes at my wife. They apparentlygot the franchise owner on the phone and he told them not to give the order to my wife. Needless to say, very disappointed inthis location and the lack of service we received not only by the young lady at counter but the owner of this location. Icontacted slice and was told the the location was not answering their phones therefore order could not be submitted properly.Poor customer service from all involved, will not be back! Read more
I ordered a Fiesta Chicken on jalapeno roll. I love this sandwich., You guys need to freshen up your veggies. The tomato on the... sandwich was light pink, not red. I had to take the veggies off to eat it. The veggies tasted stale. You guys should do better,with the price you charge, I expect better ????. I won't be visiting this particular store anymore. Came in around 11:30 and the only staff here was the cook who was trying her best to run the front and kitchen completely by... herself. She did the best she could and she gave great service but being a former employee for Schlotzky?s the mangers shouldhave been here and there should have been bare minimum of two employees (one for front of house and one for back of house) hereto open the store. Even if it?s slow on Sundays it?s poor management to have only one opener running the entire store.Management needs to do better scheduling. Read more
Great tasting original sandwich just as originally planned in the early days of this franchise! This location did forget to add... the extra olives to my wife's order. Attention to detail is important for your unique customers. Highly recommended! Read more
The food and service were great but the person behind the counter could've been cleaning up the drink counter when not working... since they had no other employees to do it. It was filthy. Instead, they spent all their free time on their phone. Still, greatfood and service. Read more
