Our experience was not the worst but definitely won't be returning Please don't order "sweet & sour" or any dipping sauce for... your wantons ..literally ketchup I was kinda embarrassed for them,???????? Staff is extremely rude and incompetent. They gave my pickup order to the wrong person and would not under any circumstances... remake it for me so I just had to leave empty-handed without my dinner that I ordered. I don't understand what kind ofmanagement would turn down business like that or treat a customer like that whenever they screwed up on their end and just don'twant to admit it so they are blaming me and saying that I already picked up my order which I absolutely did not. I sat up at therestaurant for almost an hour trying to figure out what they were doing for me because they were going back and forth sayingthey were going to remake it and then saying they were not going to remake it and ultimately it ended up being not remade andthey would not even re-enter the order. I changed my reading from a five star to a one-star and I find that that manager is justtrying to get away with her own screw-ups rather than admitting fault. Read more
Went there to grab a quick bite, we ordered two orders of shaggy roll, OMG roll and a bowl of yakisoba. Sushi rolls were good,... we enjoyed it. On the other hand, yakisoba was very salty and tasted more like soaked soy sauce. Overall experience was good,clean and nice place. Read more
This is not a hibachi experience, just live cooking. I've been to multiple other hibachi restaurants, and they've all wowed the... table with a performance. This one had no performance just live cooking. The only reason for 2* is the food was good. But therestaurant needs to work on their cleaning routine I had a very unappetizing view of gunk. Read more
The experience was decent. I loved how everything was made in front of you. There was a bit of a wait with getting our food but... the drinks kept us company. The server was a little slow with getting refills and getting the correct orders (forgot myappetizer that I ordered) but overall it was a decent experience. I order the chicken with fried rice and the chicken was overcooked and dry. The hurricane drink wasn't strong enough for me. The Margarita and Long Island were definitely better. The tabwas definitely pricy but I appreciated them stamping that there was an 18% gratuity already added. Read more
First time here with my Husband on my birthday. Customer service is 5 stars but the food is a 3. Ate at the Hibachi grill and... the seasoning was awful. Just plain and no flavor. The best thing was the crispy chicken roll. We really enjoyed that. The grillwas totally clean and we did not get a soup and salad that comes with the meal. Made my lunch date a little soggy. The Shogun is a nice Japanese / Asian restaurant in Atascocita with potential to 5 stars. The waiting staff is very nice, the... food offers are a great selection and variety of standard items. There are great lunch options available Monday toFriday. However the dishes are a bit too oil-laden for my taste. Read more
Unprofessional and they don't make sense. My party never got a table due to only missing two of 10 who came within 5 mins. When... asking how long for another table the hostess got an attitude and said if the party was on time we wouldn't have to wait.
