I typically don?t leave bad reviews but after having my mobile orders either be completely incorrect, or having to wait 10 - 15... minutes past the time my mobile orders are supposed to be ready? I come to this location quite a bit after my workouts and everyday I get the same thing a strawberry gladiator small with added... protein, and she asked me some question and when I asked her where it was on the menu she SIGHED at me and got an attitude whenI simply couldn?t see on the menu after that the lady was rude to to me this was on the 10th at around 1ish, I then gave itanother shot the next day and I said my order twice very clearly and they gave me a medium with energy in it and that?s not whatI asked for at all and I was very clear with my order. Then when I got up to the window and told them that?s not what I orderedshe was very rude to me AGAIN and told me she couldn?t do anything about it. Will never be coming back here. Read more
Went to this location Saturday morning probably 10:20 the lady who took my order was extremely polite. She said she was the GM... of the store and I can see why customer service was great! And who ever made my smoothie was hands down the best!!!! Read more

We got sick here! ???? I was going here until recently. My husband and I order two different smoothies only to have given some... of the other mix into mine and his. I come to this location every other day coming out of time. I got to this location at exactly 9:54 and I was told they weren?t... taking anymore orders!! Went there I asked for a greek yogurt strawberry blueberry with extra protein. Did not get any extra protein and it was a... watered down blueberry smoothie. Apparently they think I'm stupid, and I can't taste the extra protein when it's added. Plusthe Employees that work there are mostly in a bit of a bad mood. It's just not a pleasant experience.
