Awesome people work here! I love the coffee for sure but the people make the coffee even better.
Slow service. Saw multiple people get orders of same food they just needed to microwave. Poor cappuccino. Better Starbucks... options in kingwood. Read more

I don?t understand why every Starbucks I go to can?t get their drive-through figured out (and mind you, I don?t go very often... because $$$ and it isn?t worth it. Plus, I make better coffee at home). As a coffee place, Starbucks should DOMINATE the drivethrough experience, and yet every time I go I have to wait 15-20+ minutes in the drive through line for an okay, over-pricedcoffee. This is just not acceptable! Starbucks needs to learn from Chick-fil-A and get people out their taking orders anddelivering coffees so that people can get on with their day and not be stuck in the drive through line. Thankfully, from thislocation, the coffee was hot and actually pretty delicious. Read more
