Let's be honest who doesn't love Taco Bell? We all know everyones had a craving for it. The service isn't too bad, one of the... few fast food places that doesn't forget to put something in the bag except maybe the napkins. But in my opinion they go alittle heavy on the lettuce and they need to make sure all the beef has been strained properly, because I have had a couple softtacos that were saturated in grease but those are my only complaints. No acknowledgement by staff when entering. Watched another customer not recieve his full meal and then once I got mine. No one... gave me my drink cups. Had to wait around longer because no one pays attention to counter or customers. And once I got home itwas noticed that they decided to swap ground beef for chicken... this place should get more training and better management Read more
My food was not cooked properly. I love Taco Bell, but I also need fresh taco shells, NOT STALE & OLD. I shouldn't have to warm... the food myself. The food was way below appropriate serving temperature. DISGRACE TO THE COMPANY!!! Read more
Ordered 3 Combos and other tacos etc...got home and found they forgot a Nacho bell grande. Called store... Mgr could have done a... better job besides " can you come back to get it"? Asked for refund....she didn't ask for any info. Been several other instanceswhere something was missing. Really?? Jokes on me....as I keep coming back?! Nothing offered for the inconvenience. I still like Taco Bell. This location?s service is sad. Walked in to dine. No one in line (rhymes, huh?) I waited, and waited to... have my order taken. The drive thru was busy, the food line was busy, but no one stepped up to take my order. Another customercame in. She spoke up, and still the employees looked at each other like ?who?s gonna do this?? Finally, a young woman who hadbeen working the food like stepped up and said to me, ?We also have the kiosk available when we are busy,? before taking myorder. Gee, guess I?m used to people serving me. Had I wanted to use the kiosk, I would have. Again, fast food employees want ajob, but don?t have the skills and or personality to handle it. So disappointed in my recent visit to this location. Let me start by saying how much I love Taco Bell and this location was by... far one of my favorites. Unfortunately, lately they?ve been slacking. Today I. Particular, I order the crunch wrap, NO TOMATOESEXTRA CHEESE. I got a skinny wrap with no meat!!! Wth and they added tomatoes which I hate. When Uri ( Winter Storm) showed up everything shut down as it should. All the restaurants in Summerwood are still closed so we... had to drive a short distance to find some quick bites to eat. It?s the weekend & we DON?T feel like cooking...anyway youalready know what type of food Taco Bell has, however we were pretty impressed with this location. The food was fast, extremelyfresh, we had quite a few add this not that to our order which can sometimes be a disaster but everything was right. We alsonoticed that this Taco Bell was much cleaner than the one in Summerwood. I mean you could see it from the drive through. Theemployees had a very neat and clean appearance.
