The protein in both bowls ordered were burned. We waited nearly 50 minutes for our food and was not impressed.
I like the food. But when I come in every time there is food on the tables that have not been cleaned. I have to wait at the... register for someone to help me, last time it was more than 5 minutes. This place needs to shut down. Went here 3 times always have to go back in for a redo because the rice is uncooked. So they give... me a free coupon for a free bowl I use the coupon and my order still come back with uncooked rice mixed in with slighty cookedrice. The always drown the rice in sause. Read more
Been here a couple times since it's opened and loved it. However, tonight we've decided we won't be coming back. The food didn't... have the same flavor, the vegetables were hard and not fully cooked, and the egg roll was old and cold. I asked if we can getsome new ones, and the picture is what they brought out. They were WORSE then the first ones. The staff weren't welcoming andhad an attitude every time I would ask for something. Besides waiting 30mins for cold hard fish, on cajun x3 it tastes burnt, for what I ordered food took entirely to long,... nonchalant attitude of the server, incredibly unsatisfactory need to be retrained especially the cooking staff, good money forhorrible food, wow. I?ll start off with the fact that I had to wait 35 minutes for my food after ordering. It?s new so I can?t fault them that much... on time due to them still learning. The manager (assuming he was, older gentleman) offered me a free drink because of the waitwhich I didn?t take and provided a $5 off $10 coupon which I will not be using. Now to the food. The majority of my ?teriyaki?chicken breast was raw, the white rice was almost too mushy for my liking. The orange chicken was mostly breading, I liked theflavor but it tasted exactly like Panda Express without the spice. The ?thin? teriyaki sauce tasted exactly like panda express?steriyaki for their teriyaki chicken. The steak looks unappealing and does not taste great. The fried rice doesn?t really haveany flavor. The egg rolls were hard and not in a crunchy fried way. All this being said I?m extremely surprised by the reviewsto be honest. Like another reviewer stated they have to be bought or family of the owners. Id honestly prefer Panda Expresswhich isn?t saying much. I was hoping this place would compete with Sarku Japan in the mall so I wouldn?t need to trek there butit was just a disappointment. It?s just not worth the cost but maybe you might like the flavor. Not sure if the great reviews were paid because I didn?t like the food. The chicken was dry and barely had any teriyaki. The... veggies were a little raw, the white rice was a little mushy. The workers there looked lost. I thought they would have hadtraining before opening. I would?ve been happy if it had that teriyaki sauce flavor I was looking for as the restaurant?s name claims.
