Been a big fan of this place for sometime, foods always been great. However our most recent visit is prompting me to not want to... return. Reasons below. 1.Sticky floors, tables, condiment bottles. Everything was sticky! Sticky enough to require me to gowash my arms and hands. 2. Sweet tea was bad and had been bad for sometime. 3. Food was bland. Never had this issue before. Wasshocked at this one. Not sure what caused this severe decline so soon but hopefully it's corrected. Used to really enjoy thisplace. Read more
When The Catch first opened - they were great. I don?t know if there has been a management change, or if the place sold to... another individual. Anyway, the level of service and quality of the food has spiraled downward. This evening, when we placedour order for gumbo - we were told they were out. After making other food choices, we paid and were given our styrofoam cups;one of which had a finger sized hole in the bottom of it - and it wasn?t discovered until going to the soda station to get tea.They were out of tea - sweet or otherwise. I?m sure the hole was punched through the cup by an employee and then placed backinto the stack. The restaurant was smelly, and the floors were sticky and dirty. Staff really not concerned that their primaryobjective of good food, good service and attentiveness was not met. They really had a good thing going. Sadly It?s doubtfulthat I?ll be back?.. Read more
Great place to get good fried fish and shrimps. They had free margaritas when we went and they were delicious aside from the... mouthwatering platers of seafood. We ordered the fried pickles on a separate occasion but this time we ate at the restaurant andthey were much better fresh. Highly recommend this place. ???? Read more
Surprise, in a good way. Food very good. Red beans and rice excellent. Etouffee and gumbo good. Fried shrimp basket small very... filling especially since they let you substitute any side for fries. The food here is good. The Boudin Balls were really good, though I wish they were a little spicier. (The option for spicy... boudin would be awesome!) I had a jumbo shrimp basket. The batter is good, but could definitely be more flavorful. This goes forthe batter on everything. We will probably be back to try it again sometime. (Especially with crawfish available!) I forgot toget pics of the entrees, but added what I did take. Overall, if you're not too picky, I definitely would recommend it. Read more

I ordered the Cajun platter, my wife got the Catch Boil, with a side of hush puppies. Number 1, the food is excellent, full of... flavor and lots of food on the plate. I finished my food (2 catfish filets, grilled sausage, red beans and rice and shrimp) huthad to roll out when done there was so much. My wife ended up taking home half the crab legs and almost half the shrimp she hadso much on her plate. I enjoyed the food so much! I see there is a location in North Texas so now I am going to try one a hitcloser to home! Read more
