I ordered the Beef sandwich and it was good. It's usually one of my favorite things at Vietnamese restaurants. I asked the lady... if she could make it spicy but she said she can't. I was like whatever, just give it to me the way it is. I have to say it wasplenty spicy, and it was good. Either way the food was good, and I'll be back get more. I?ve come here probably three times and though the food is okay, each time it?s the lady taking the orders, I have wanted to... tell her that her attitude is horrible. You SHOULD NOT be working in customer service if you don?t have a certain level ofdecency and respect. I ask questions and she?s very short as if I?m annoying her with my questions. I?ve felt bad to write thisreview but now looking at some of the other reviews, it?s not just me that she is this way towards. Pho Spoon, please train herto treat customers better. Really rude service. I asked the lady at the counter if there is a pork option for the rice plate, she pointed to the menu in a... tone as if I were retarded and illiterate. My eyes couldn't see far (near-sighted). Quality of food isn't good either. Porkwasn't grilled properly. I think it was reheated from the fridge and wasn't made fresh. I could tell. Read more
Pork should not look like this. DISGUSTING TASTE after one bite. Opened my sandwich and seen this. White pork, rubbery, and... old!!! Customer beware!!! Not a family place if u serving this kind of stuff to people. Read more
I'm on a job site nearby, and I stop by here once or twice a week. The place is clean and well lit, the food is always hot and... tasty, and the waitstaff are a delight. I've ordered pho to go, and all the ingredients come separate, accompanied by a largecup of hot broth. Certainly worth trying out. Read more
All our food was delicious. We have a few closer pho options but coming here is worth the drive.

Horrible rude service. first time at this place, we sat down and weren't helped or greeted at all until after several minutes... one of them yelled at us from the register that we are supposed to order from the register in a rude annoyed manner. The ladythat came to clean the table didn't even greet us and completely ignored us when we tried to ask her something. I can understandthis happening if the place was packed but we were the only customers there. I would not recommend this place at all and I'msure I would not come back ever. ended up going to Pho Dien 1960; and let me tell you what a difference in the way they treatcustomers. Read more
