Just visit this place last night/this morning. There were two men working there and the men had been there 48hrs... already(UNDERSTAFF and OVERWORKED). Those guys seem to be under PAID and we know they are Shame on you Whoever owns this WaffleHouse. There was people there when we enter so of course we sat down and waited we was hungry. it took 30 mins or more for themto take our order. There was 8 people in our group, we waited 2 hours or more for our food. While we were sitting there waspeople coming in sitting down but of course they left because the guys couldn't get to them because they were busy and couldn'tget to them. By the time our food made it to the table first off the presentation of it looked horrible and the taste was evenworst. We order porkchops with our breakfast because the breakfast are one the items I really use to enjoy when I ate there.The Chops tasted freezer burnt nothing like the Waffle House use to serve(SMH). I know our experience is not everyone else butcome on Mr. Waffle House owner you know better so do better. This place is losing out because you refuse to take care ofbusiness at this Location. If I could add Pictures I would but threw my food in the trash. I HATE wasting food and money and Idid both in one night. Those guys were amazing they kept their cool in the midst of it all. Terrible location. I called about 4times before making the drive and no one answered. I arrived about 4am and there was 1 young... lady there with a short colorful cut. She told me the grill cook left and that she was there by herself. I couldn't care lessbecause at this point I've called numerous times and there was NO customers there. I asked if she was making food and she saidno. Had she answered the phone I wouldn't have made the drive for nothing. And what kind of food establishment doesn't have acook??! UPDATE: The response from the "owner" looks like a scam link. I will not be clicking on that link. I?ve been to many Waffle Houses and have always been greeted by friendly workers, but Terrence stuck out like no one else. From... the second we walked in, he made sure we were taken care of and okay. He?s an excellent employee, made my experience so muchbetter. Food was great as well. Kind of a mess, truth be told. Our waitress was super sweet, but slightly forgetful. Between having to ask for a coffee for my... husband, silverware in order to eat, and my daughter's waffle. The cook did things differently. For one she cooked all themeat first and set it aside, which then flies took it upon themselves to feast on ????. We had to ask for it to be remade. Thenonce served, all the bacon was on one plate! I had to ask for more plates in order to serve my family ???????. When we receivedour silverware, she gave it to us in a mug of hot water...... Princess waited on us and she was a joy. She remembered all 3 orders without writing them down and didn't miss a thing. Tia even... made an iced coffee for my wife. I had the sausage and egg hash brown bowl with mushrooms. The hash browns were perfectly crisp,the eggs, cheese, sausage and mushrooms amazing. My wife and our friend Elaine had the waffle breakfasts, each with differentsides. There wasn't a crumb left. By far the best breakfast meal around. Great food, wonderfully engaging staff in a home-styleenvironment. I felt like I had just walked into a friend's house. We went back today. It's been 3 months since our first visit.Princess not only remembered us, but remembered what we ordered last time! Unfortunately, Tia wasn't there to make the icedcoffee. Princess told us that Tia had been in an accident. Tia, you're in our prayers! We even prayed for you as we prayed overour food. The staff at this Waffle House is awesome! The waitress that ?waited on me? her name is Jasmine. She went on and on talking with her coworkers loud enough for everyone to... hear how much she hated her job and how she had no tips at all for that day. Well I wonder why?
