What can I say we are very lucky to have a Casey?s here in Humboldt which gives us another decent pizza option. The Casey?s... rewards program is a must have giving you money back on store items with every purchase. Plus you got to give a company creditthat started in Iowa. Really I think their pizza is 3rd best in Humboldt and 1st best in bone-in Buffalo wings. I wish they?dhave 91 here. Read more
Who has only breakfast pizza with peppers and onions on it for the warmer on a Sunday evening at supper time with no warmer... coming out and a hour wait on a pizza to order. Horrible customer service! Sandwich bar is not open to public why even have onebunch of incompetent people. Read more
First I usually love eating at Casey's it has been my favorite place to eat at for a long time but today it was the worst... experience ever. I ordered some food to be picked up around 12:30, I got there and asked the guy behind the counter if my foodwas done yet, he then told me to hold on a minute and that he would check. Instead of actually checking though he just handed methe food that was sitting in the warmer (which is gross because you don't actually know how long it was there) I dealt with itbecause they seemed a little busy but when i got home and actually checked my food it was gross and burnt and hard. Stopped in for lunch and something to drink at lunchtime. Had a very wide variety of stuff in the warmers, food was fresh and... very good. Staff members were friendly and efficient, looked like they were stocking shelves or something and everyone seemed tobe working hard. Definitely going above and beyond your average Casey's store . While the pizza is usually good here, I've had a few bad experiences with the no contact delivery. There has been more than one... time where the food was late. At first it was just a few minutes, which turned into roughly half an hour, and once even over 1or 2 hours late. This last time the pizza was messed up even though the receipt was right, and when called and asked for a redo,I was charged again for them to fix their mistake. And they asked for the original pizza back when 1. They never said theywanted it back over the phone and 2. During this pandemic I would expect no restaurant or eating place to ask for food theyalready delivered back, as I feel that would be a risk (especially since in order to know the pizza was wrong I had to open thebox, exposing the food even if I didn't touch it) and while I have not been in contact with anyone I know of that is confirmedto have a case, if they were to ask this of someone else who did and weren't being cautious, then the box and pizza could be arisk. Also, if they just planned on throwing away the pizza, then that's just a waste, along with the fact they already chargedme twice (which they should not have since they were fixing their mistake), they have no reason to ask for the messed up pizzaback.
