If there was an option to do negative stars this would be it!!! We walked in around 8 pm and the lady making ice cream didn?t... even acknowledge my family and I walking in. She was busy making ice cream and huffing under her breath, so we waited a few 10minutes then I asked her if they were still open and she rudely said, ?NO, that?s why the mop bucket was in the door way! I justhave been to busy to put the dining room closed sign up!? I just replied ok we will go to the drive thru and order. As we werewalking out she rudely said ?or don?t I don?t care!? So we went to the drive thru and we waited to order as it was our turn Isimply asked if I have coupons can we use more than one? She again rudely replied shouting thru the speaker, ?NO!? So we left!DQ lost the money of my family of 4, and will not be returning! Read more

My experience at Dairy Queen was exceptional! I had a dental appointment in Eagle Grove and decided to stop at the neighboring... Dairy Queen for a dinner for myself and my ride a long. Always a 15 minute wait just to order from the drive thru speaker- for an attitude for the girl taking orders as they were... apparently ?busy?, with no dine in or any other vehicle in line? Always terrible service and screw ups on the order. Read more

The food is great but somethings got to be done with stirring the blizzards. Half the blizzard is vanilla. If wanted vanilla I'd... save money and go to hyvee. I Have to say extra just to make sure bottom half is all vanilla but then paying 8.00 for dangblizzard. If dont change im going to hyvee from now on. Would be eay cheaper and not mostly vanilla ice cream. Read more

Showed up before closing and waited in drive thru line until the the car in front of us gave up, apparently had been sitting... there for how long waiting for someone to acknowledge they were there. We walked up to the window and asked what's going on andthey just told us they were closed. Apparently didn't want to work because they already started cleaning up. If the constantterrible reviews of this DQ don't say something about how it's ran, I don't know what else will. Put in new management and hirepeople who operate the business as the brand you wish to have. Read more

We ordered a drive through n they got the order wrong. Part of the order was missing n the burger was incorrect. We returned.... There was no apology. They still didn?t get it all correct, but we didn?t want to return again. We decided to give it anothertry months later. It was no better. In fact they didn?t have a couple of the items in stock as part of my order but was happy tostill charge the same price! We?re definitely not returning! Read more

It was really lousy servous, we told her what we wanted and didn't even get half of it, she didn't even put most of it down and... we told her we didn't get it and she charged us more. So she didn't hear our order. And then she argued with us. Poor customersurvous. Read more
