I went to Arby's in Humboldt on Nov 3rd I sat at the drive thru for almost 30 minutes only to find out(after parking my car and... going in) that the 2nd speaker did not work but they took the first 2 cars order without hesitation.The manager there didn'teven have the decency to put a sign on it or anything! There were cars behind me as well. After going in the workers were movingat a snails pace like they didn't want to be there. Told me that the speaker had been down all day but that was a total lie. Alltogether I spent over an hour there trying to get food for my family. I do not recommend this Arby's to anyone. This is not myfirst disaster here. I tried to give them another chance but it didn't work out!!! I don't know the manager name because shewasn't wearing a badge but I was there from 6pm til 7:01 waiting on food! NEVER AGAIN!!!! I was on my break and waiting in line for 12 minutes and when I got to the line she said wait a ""second "" soo it end up next... 10 minutes and I my break was going to be over and end up leaving the spot, soo if I can put 0 for review I whould. Read more
I'm going to keep it brief... Visited this location a few times & each time we sat in line for more than 30 minutes waiting to... order. This very last time is what made me not want to visit again. Basically, I said "no ice" for my drink, then the guy said"if you get no ice, your drink will only be half full". I ended up getting ice because of that. Girl that took my order was rude. I ordered an orange cream shake , which is on the menu, she rudely says we don?t do those... anymore. Place been open 10 days with multiple signs advertising it.
