Ordered for 3 people waited for an extremely long time. Over 20 mins. Food was not made correctly, took sandwich?s back up to be... made right and had to wait even longer for the food. This was on 11-12-22 around 06:30pm. The manager on duty was in totaldistress and had no clue how to manage her store or the many employees outside smoking and talking on there phone. At least 6different employees out smoking at once. While multiple customers waited for there food. After all this I placed a mobile orderto go and it took 25 minutes before I got my food. This was after multiple reminders that I was waiting for it. Such a longwait that it disappeared off the ready screen by itself. I have never in my 38 years seen such a Mis managed fast foodrestaurant. I brought this to the Mangers attention multiple times only To get the wrong order twice. This is not the first badexperience here, just the worst. Please read all the other reviews, I?m not the only one with these bad experiences. I haven't eaten at Wendy's in forever! My daughter and I enjoyed our lil lunch! We love the drink machine!
I had dinner at Arby's and after finishing, went through the drive through at Wendy's across the street to get a chocolate... Frosty for dessert. The large Frosty I ordered was much smaller than the medium drink I had at Arby's. Unbelievable that Wendy'scharged $2.99 for it. It was not a good value for the price. Read more
Rudeness from the drive thru attendant. They may have been short handed( didn't appear that way and wasn't busy neither) but... that's still no excuse. The Frosty's we ordered were supposed to be a large but only got half way filled. Costly too, especiallyfor only two half filled, large Frosty's. Good thing we only wanted a snack and not a meal. Can't imagine how that would haveturned out. Probably won't be returning anytime soon. Not worth the time nor the money. Read more

Everything was fine until the young man gave us our food and siad have a nice day and left. We didn't have any of our drinks. At... first I was like maybe it's just me thinking he had attitude. Got home and fries where smashen under a Dave's triple so probablynot. Everyone else was great. Read more
They will end up out of business again if they don't improve. No one but us there. Had to pull up and wait. The French fries... tasted like they were from the day before. You would think since we had to wait they would be fresh. Read more
Update 12/4/22 The service was fair. I had one order of 3 different combos they put eachbone in a seperate bag. However,... pictured below is the baconator burger that didnt have very much bacon, and the other one pictured is a bacon cheesburger withless than a half of a piece of bacon crumbled on it. The fries were just meh. I was very disappointed with the quality of thefood. We were heading out for a road trip. Went through the drive thru. I ordered the honey biscuit and chicken and the potatowedges. It was so good. Fresh and hot. Read more
