Called for 20 minutes straight trying to order pizza. They wouldn?t answer the phone. What?s the point in having a kitchen and... being open. Drove by and they weren?t even busy! ???? get your act together. Read more
We were passing through and stopped at this Casey's. On the door it CLEARLY said that masks were required. There were 6... customers in the store at the time, including myself. I was the only one wearing a mask. I said something to the cashier aboutit and she said nothing. Then said have a good day. I guarantee that if I had walked in there with no clothes on they would saysomething about that. Why post a sign if you're not going to enforce it. Most of them looked like they were locals. So I'm surethis goes on all the time. Same people that will be 1st in line for the vaccine. Only caring about themselves. Next email isgoing to Casey's corporate offices. Read more

Yesterday was our wedding anniversary and we had been out and about, my hubby wanted to buy me dinner someplace I like, I asked... for caseys so we stopped here, stood at the counter and waited while the girl cut up pizza and prepped dough, walking by meseveral times and never acknowledging me. After approximately 8-10 minutes I asked a cashier if it was OK to order food or notand he said absolutely, walked me over and told her I wanted to order, she said "I don't have time to serve her as she glared "he and I were both stunned. We buy food here often, but if they are going to have servers like that forget it. Read more
