Great food! Boneless wings(mildly hit) were delicious! Staff was friendly! And they even sat us in the Vermont seat.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, the waiting staff were disrespectful and rude. When we arrived they stated there... would be a ?extended? wait, when at one point we overheard the waiter tell the manager ?oh my *** I just seated a party of 10and told them it would be a extended time?. It was at this point we began to become extremely displeased with the service. Weordered off the kids menu and regular menu. Almost everything that was ordered came out over cooked, or extremely hard. Weattempted to tell the waitress the food wasn?t right, and she rolled her eyes and began to be very rude. We asked to speak tothe manager about this behavior which at this point the manager stated that we had to leave the establishment which we did, atthis point we were trying to figure out how to pay for our meal which we sent one member of our party in to do- which themanager stated that they were waiting for us to leave to contact law enforcement. This establishment has extremely poor staffand management. My recommendation would be to go eat at McDonalds or Sheetz right next to it. Read more
Wings were great!!!! Beer? Awesome. Bartenders? The best! A shoutout to Page and Mike who were working on New year?s eve and new... year?s day and kindly hosted us. We are from far away, Only came to Hershey for new year?s eve and were disappointed, but ourvisit to Aroogas cheered us up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Read more
My food came out wrong but they kindly took it off the bill automatically. Otherwise it was a pretty nice experience. The 3... stars are because my whole reason for going there was for my food and it was wrong ???? That being said the staff were veryfriendly. Read more
Excellent experience. Wings were great! Awesome selection of wing sauces and options for ordering. All wings and drums were... good size and cooked perfectly. The soft pretzels are very fresh and the super pretzel is huge. Staff were great, especiallythe young hockey player that was running food. My only complaint is the draft beer wasn?t as cold as it should be. Highlyrecommend if you are in the mood for wings! Read more
I read a bad review and had to see if it was as bad as some were saying. Let me first say, staff r teens and clearly do not have... kids. They gave my 14 year old a sippy cup. Lol omg we laughed for 20 minutes and i don't think the waitress ever realized why.Was never offered a high chair. The steak Stromboli was surprisingly good. The mozzarella cheese triangles were so gooey I waschoking on the cheese. So that's good. The electric lemonade was what u would expect. I definitely say the bad review was aspoiled rotten Karen who had a bad day. I give this place a 7/10 stars. Food good. Staff could be trained a bit better but atleast they r at work and not living off the government. Read more
Awesome food!!!!!!! The service was great. Our server did outstanding and didn't hesitate to get anything we needed. The ghost... pepper wings weren't up to the hype of signing a waiver, but the taste was perfect. The giant pretzel was the right size for ourthree person party and could totally be stretched to 5-6 people. Read more
